Jamba Juice

I have to say I was quite surprised with how great the service was.
I place my order using the mobile app and I call to verify that it was going to be ready and sure enough the lady told me that it was almost ready.
When I got there they saw that it was obviously me cuz I was in my work clothes radio and everything. And then they asked me if I needed help outside.
Great service fast friendly everything was clean everything was organized and no one else can you ask for.

Very friendly the second you walk into the door. There’s usually not a huge line so we get quick service! My favorite drink is the orange carrot fusion with almond milk!

Just ok. I feel like the last few year Jamba’s quality has gone down hill. Orange carrot fusion with an energy boost is my go to item. It has good flavor, but like I said Jamba feels like the ingredients have gotten“less fresh” over the last few years. I still go here occasionally but there are better places to stop and get a pick me up.

I am military and commute to Vallejo daily. The posted open time is 0600. Today marks the third time that I went in at 0630 and the oatmeal wasn’t ready. I went once closer to 0700 and it still wasn’t done. This is really frustrating as this was my breakfast plan for the day. Food should be ready prior to opening. This requires backwards planning to ensure that as soon as they open the doors, food is ready for the customers they serve. When they have the oatmeal ready, it is delicious.

I use to come to this Jamba Juice quite a bit when I worked in the mall and it’s nice to see the quality is still pretty high! The people here are pretty nice and I’ve never had a bad drink. Stopped by here today to try out their new colada drinks (I had a coupon). They were a bit short staffed and there was a bit of a wait to order and get the drinks, but the girl behind the counter was very courteous and apologized for the delay, which is nice see! The drink was very good (albeit a bit too much coconut for me) and overall another successful stop here. I will continue to drop by here if I want some Jamba Juice!

I come here all the time. Amazing drinks. secret menu is delicious. If you’re not sure of what the name if your drink is from the secret menu, the workers here are more than happy to help you figure it out.

When I came here there was no one else in the shop. I ordered and paid for a Citrus Kick fresh juice thingie. I’ve never order fresh juice here but had a pregnancy craving. After tinkering with the juicer for 15 minutes the clerk informs me that it’s broken, at which point the cashier reminds her to use the hand juicer. After another 10 minutes she finishes making my juice, then adds a huge scoop of ice and blends it in as I stare in horror at what will now be watered-​down juice. She pours it in a cup and doesn’t even have the decency to give me the extra juice left in the blender… Though it really was rightfully mine, since I paid for juice and not ice. Nice to be reminded why Jamba Juice sucks.

My friend and I came here before my DR appt on Wednesday morning. Extremely pleased with the customer service provided. My friend couldn’t decide between strawberry surf rider and a strawberry whirl. The young lady at the register said if she didn’t like it she would make her a whole new drink. So my friend ordered the surf rider. She ended up strongly disliking it and they made her the whirl for free! Two thumbs up to this jamba juice!!!

Service is always terrible to mediocre (at best). They never have the wraps I want to order by the time I get there; why does it say the breakfast wraps are available all day if I can’t get one in the afternoon?
If I do get a wrap or «flat bread» (flat bread? It’s pizza…) it’s cold or still partially frozen when I go to eat it. Which is really irritating when I’m on a lunch and don’t have time to have them fix it…
They never offer to cut the pizzas… ever tried to eat one of those when they’re actually hot?
I have never been greeted at this location and several times have I entered the store and stood waiting at the register while the employees chatted without even acknowledging me.

I’ve been coming to this place since they opened years ago. Most recently, I found myself in possession of 3 Jamba cards totaling around $ 25 and just asking to be spent on delicious smoothies. After school one day I took my daughter here and she’s quickly become a fan (especially after 3 more weekly visits).
I’m one of those people that kind of just orders the same thing once they find a favorite and my favorite thing here is the Strawberries Wild Lite (which in my opinion tastes very much like the original). On my last visit my daughter surprised me and said she wanted «the green one» in reference to their Kale-​ribbian Breeze smoothie. The lady at the counter was accomadating and suggested that they could add a scoop of the kale into my daughter’s smoothie to change the color. Turns out the Kale-​ribbian breeze isn’t offered in kid’s sizes. The lady said it wouldn’t affect the taste too much so I went for it and my daughter loved it. You can bet money that I’ll be including a scoop of kale in every smoothie she gets now.
The smoothies are great, the service is average and the inside gets loud when they’re busy. My daughter and I usually sit in their outdoor seating area before heading back home with our treats in tow. I love that they have a book with calorie content for all their items too. However, I’d love it even more if some of that info was condensed onto the menu board. As it stands, you have to go to the other side of the bar to look up any info and then walk back over to get in line. A very minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but this is a Unilocal review after all!

OK… I’m back… I had enough of a break from this site and why not bust the cherry back open about the wonderful Jamba Juice! Now granted I am a huge fan of all things smoothie but nothing rocks my socks more than Jamba Juice that has been slurped a quarter down and topped with some tasty vodka or rum! Yes, thats right, why not give it a try, shit I love acquiring my smoothie, drinking it a quarter while on the ride back to friends, get out and filling that bitch right up with some nice booooze! Stay cool and get a nice buzz on while you stay stationary…
Remember, only drink the juice a quarter down and only fill her up with booze while at home, I dont support drunk fucks who drive :)

Ordered an Acai Berry! Yum!

I specifically ordered a strawberry whirl but they make me the wrong drink then expect me to pay extra for the drink I originally ordered! I’m never going here again! If I could rate this zero out of five stars, I would! Terrible customer service.
Oh yeah, parking sucks and seating is very limited.

Conveniently located right off the freeway, lots of parking space, friendly workers who are quick and efficient.
I get my daily vitamin boost for free, and I feel better about drinking this stuff to off-​set the coffee that I buy next door at Starbucks.
They have tables outside if you want to linger, they have a bar-​type thingy on the inside, but I’m in and out in less than five minutes with my smoothie.
Oh, and cheers to the dude who gave me a bigger size cup because he didn’t want to waste the extra!

There’s not much to say about this Jamba Juice, as most are pretty cookie cutter and follow a corporate plan. The location is close to the Westfield mall and is next door to Starbucks and Rubio’s. The inside of the Jamba Juice is rather small and is for a quick in and out experience. The Sunday I came in, there was quite a line but it moved quickly. I was in and out within five minutes with my smoothie. Overall, a good location with friendly smoothie baristas.

This is my favorite Jamba Juice location. The staff is always so nice, and the same guy makes my drink every time. Yummy smoothies made by friendly eye-candy…sweet!

Me love peach pleasure. I make a copy cat at home but it’s not the same. I couldn’t live without this place. It’s just… A special form of comfort food. Jamba Juice, I love you!
