Ummmm ordered a large order of food for my family to go yesterday and went to pick it up and they were having issues with their computer system so they shut the whole store down. The manager literally forced everyone out right then and there. Even the people who already received their food and we’re still eating! So unprofessional and unorganized. At least give the customers who have already ordered their food. It was just a computer system problem, nothing wrong with the ingredients! I love rubios, but let’s just say I headed straight to Chipotle and was very disappointed with them and my experience there!!!

I don’t know if they’ve switched over management but I went in and then vibe is different. It smelled super clean, they were reorganizing, better customer service. .food was great. I always get them Verde Shrimp Tacos. They are they bomb! Cones with chips and salsa, and beans. Hubby had their same and a Modelo or 2. It’s really nice to be a able to order a brew or a glass of wine. He enjoyed it but they taco plate didn’t really fill him up. It did me! We will return soon.

Only one way to put this. This isn’t real authentic Mexican food, this is I guess you can say «white people Mexican food «I was in a rush to go to San Jose so I couldn’t stop anywhere else to get Mexican food so I decided to stop here and see what it’s all about. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with some chips and salsa on the side and it sucked. I lost my appetite completely after taking a couple of bites from the burrito. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’d rather go to La Charrita where they actually have REAL Mexican food and not this junk.

It took them 45 minutes to make my nachos to go order! You can clearly see what the kitchen staff is up to at the grill. There were 3 of them working in the back and the main person was too busy flirting with the cashier to make food! They were not changing gloves in between putting raw food on the grill and then touching lettuce and other food items. What a joke! Avoid.

I ordered a salad and got 80% chips/​20% lettuce. I mean, yes fresh lettuce can be quite expensive but seriously? It isn’t exactly a salad with mainly tortilla chips. Next time I’ll just order a salad sans chips mixed with it.

Honestly, I had really good service from here. For being a basically fast food restaurant. It was clean when I walked in. Since there wasn’t a line I didn’t wait long. There was only one girl working there, her name was Kiana (Spell check?) but she was really nice, she brought us are food, even though she was running back and forth. Even brought us a bowl while the phone was ringing. Then mid way through our food she even table checked us! WOW. I can’t get actual restaurants to table check. Anyways, would have gave 5 stars. But the (what looked to be a) manager sitting at a table telling the worker to do this, do that. While there was a line. She might have been on break with a friend or something.

This was some of the worst food I have every had. I ordered the soup, which looked great on the picture advertisement, but when it came, I was extremely disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture and taste like leftover dish water with some crap thrown in it.

Pretty convenient for me to come here. They’re fast and they have variety of food you can choose from. They also have some seasonal special food promotion. Basically there’s always something new to try. I like coming here because food is just right for me. They’re pretty light. Not heavy on your stomach.

I guess it’s time for the food inspector to investigate the Fairfield Rubio’s again…
First things first, I’m a fan of Rubio’s with their fish tacos and salsa bar. Did I mention I like their salsa bar?
Anyways, yesterday my brother ordered a chicken quesadilla with chips, guacamole, sour cream, and beans. Sadly, he had to take a field trip to the emergency room at 5 in the morning because his tummy was feeling crummy from the food. I wasn’t too sure if some of the products they used was undercooked or expired but nevertheless, we won’t be coming back here for quite a while.
Asides from that incident, the restaurant is rather clean and the customer service is pretty decent. I can’t complain about anything else except for that food poisoning incident. Which reminds me, it’s time for me to take a customer survey about this place.

This restaurant always has great service. I’ve been here so many times. There can be some unreasonable costumers that can be very high maintenance but the employees there always handle everything to the best of their ability and it shows. The food there is tasty and fresh. They are the only Rubios in solano county that wear gloves so that’s a plus! I guess the corporate doesn’t require it. They really do try to satisfy their «guests» and consider every critique. Their grilled gourmet tacos are the best. Who knew bacon can taste great within a taco? Highly recommend!

Yes it is a fast food chain, but the food is always fresh and tastes delicious! The employees are always friendly and the place very clean. I also like the fact that the menu seems to change seasonally. They are fast and efficient. Two thumbs up!

This Rubio’s location is consistently delicious and friendly. We come at least once a month and every time it is fresh and quick. I love the fact that they now bring out your food (yes i know it has been a while, but this is my first review since it has come out), this makes it feel like a more full dining experience and allows you to settle in before eating. Today I ordered a salmon burrito for the first time. I asked if it would be possible to order the Burrito Especial which is not advertised with salmon, and they put through my request without question! I also tried the Trumer Pils brew from Berkeley for the first time and it was smooth and delicious on this 103 degree day. Always great and enjoyable!

Never had a chance to ask questions about the menu as the curly black haired server decided to ask a party of 6 if she could help them first. I told her I had never been to Rubio’s and I had a few questions before I ordered. If I wanted Taco Bell quality service I would’ve gone there. Needless to say I won’t be back.

I really enjoy this place. I use to come here a bit more often when I worked at the mall, but now I occasionally drop by here once a month. The place is always very clean (including the bathroom!) and the people there are friendly. I’ve tried a plethora of the items here, but lately I’ve been getting the Classic Shrimp burrito. It’s super good and gets me just full enough! The chips and salsa are also very good too. My girlfriend tends to get the 2 taco plates and those are always good too. Overall, a really good consistent place for some fish tacos or burritos! I will definitely keep coming back for some more!

I came here earlier to order for my free birthday entrée. And I saved it for the Rubios in Fairfield because I was meaning to use it at the one located in Vallejo, but it was closed for remodel.
Anyways, I used my free birthday coupon and my mom had a half-​birthday coupon but couldnt find it, and Kiana, our cashier, kindly gave us the coupon. Thank you so much to her for believing us. We wouldnt lie btw haha.
But the food could be better. I dont know if it was because we took it to go, since we usually just dine in, but the food wasnt as fresh as the one I ALWAYS go to in Vallejo.

Rubios dollar (fifty) taco night is a regular stop for us! We love the food, the staff, the regulars! Always enjoy trying the new items, but also enjoy the usuals, and unusuals– ask for their salad as a wrap! See you next Tuesday! Did I mention the staff is awesome, spectacular, fabulous, tremendous?!
