Food is okay but in the expensive side, the real problem about this establishment is that the staff spends more time talking to each other than trying to prepare the food. Also they eat while they work. Not good at all…

I really wanted to like this place. I mean they have Kool Aid!!! With all the choice in this food court I wanted something different than all the usual offerings. I saw the Chickenow menu and thought it looked good and everything was made fresh, and then I saw they had Chicken & Waffles! SOLD! There is nothing worse than getting excited over food, waiting, getting more excited, waiting more, waiting more, seeing your food in the window, waiting more because the ONE person working the front end is helping 3 people who have to ask every question about every dish, knowing your food is getting cold, finally getting your food and being TOTALLY disappointed. :( The best part of the meal, the Kool Aid. The chicken was tasteless and just big chunks. Not really edible pieces. It took a lot of work to get it into manageable pieces. The waffle was DRY and tasteless as well. There was nothing sweet and savory about the dish, it was just so bland. I was very disappointed. I dont think I will be returning for the food. maybe to get some kool aid to enjoy with a dish from somewhere else but thats it.

I came here a while ago. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was a good sandwich. However, service was terrible. It took 20 minutes for me to get my food. Can you believe it!!! 20 minutes to wait for a sandwich at a fast food restaurant. The person working behind the counter were calling people who ordered after me. What the heck? Then I went up to the guy behind the counter and told him I waited 20 minutes and I still don’t have my food. He said that they«forgot» to make my order. Eventually they made my food. 20 minutes is ridiculous. I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes at McDonald’s for food. 3 stars for food 0 stars for service

This place wasn’t that bad minus the overly greasy food… but who cares?! It’s a deep fried chicken place and I liked the flavor of the chicken breading. The toast part is a nice touch because it reminds me of back home in Texas =).

Can you go wrong with Chicken? In some cases the answer to that questioon would be a yes, but not with Chicken Now. Personally I don’t like to eat a cold sandwich or anything cold for lunch on a daily basis so when I need a pick me up this is one of my go to places. Just to make sure you order the right meal deal here’s a few recommends that rarely dissapoint(at least for me) 1. Chicken Tender Box _your choice of 1 side and Texas Toast– 2. Spicy Chicken Wrap– preferably grilled chicken– make sure to grab spicy grandma sauce 3. Texas Club Combo– melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and bacon… mmmhm. bacon! 4. Chicken Taco Salad _Only awesome with grilled chicken and plenty of spicy sauce 5. Original Chicken Tender Sandwich Combo– Yummy! For the kids or those of you who still would love to be one you’ve got chicken nuggets or a nice grilled cheese sandwich to look foward to. Most meals are under 8 dollors. but if you struggle from non-deep pocket syndrome(the opposite of being RICH) well then there’s always Mickey D’s down the way!

Had the chicken ceasar wrap. It was a hefty portion of chicken and lettuce and not bad, but not outstanding. It would maybe be up a notch had the dressing been better distributed vs. all ending up at the bottom. Also, they need to have a wrap that is more like a nice pita and less like a burrito. I originally came in here when I heard there was a Chic-Fil-A in the area, but didn’t realize it was a mall and then didn’t realize they were closed Sunday so this place had to suffice. $ 5.90 for the wrap only with tax. It was a nice amount to fill me up.

Two chicken strips on a bun is not a chicken sandwich… It’s a chicken STRIP sandwich! Very misleading :(Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Off to Chick-Fil-A I go!!!

The chicken sandwich is surprisingly good. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. The sauce is a bit mellow. Does not rival Chick-fil-A’s spicy chicken sandwich but still very enjoyable. A great alternative for those lonely Sunday when Chick-fil-A is closed.

I LOVETHISPLACE! I haven’t had fried chicken this good since Blacky’s Chicken in Pinole(closed a long time ago). Chicken breast is normally very dry but their chicken here is so juicy and succulent i was almost in disbelief!(Can you tell i’m excited about this chicken?!). I usually get the 3 piece tender combo which comes w/a buttered piece of texas toast, seasoned fries, and their special sauce. I need to crack the code on the sauce, but damn it’s good! Each time i visit Westfield Solano, i make a visit to this place. An added bonus is the new family style seating area. The kids have small tables attached to the big tables. It helps them feel offical, lol! Visit Chicken Now today… SUPERYUMMY! Way better than kfc or any fast food fried chicken.
