Subway

Sent my husband here for my lunch with my order written down. Husband said the guy was super friendly and he got my order made exactly how I requested. Everything was fresh and yummy. No complaints here. The guy even sent a message back on my order. Great customer service. And fresh sandwiches.

I don’t even think it deserves a star, nut I had to put one. We were the only customers and they were slow and rude and the sandwiches were horribly made. The worst Subway ever.

Today we ordered two footling subs, and when I gazed at shredded lettuce it was turning brown and obviously expired. They said that’s all they had and the were not allowed to go buy any to provide us with fresh lettuce. They offered no compensation for our having to skip a favored ingredient and when asked for a mangers phone number I was denied that or a district managers number. I had to leave my own number and am awaiting a call back. No employee seemed to concerned with our satisfaction and I left there not wanting to return. A big ol THUMBS DOWN

I have tried this Subway twice. Both times the staff were very rude. I will never eat here again.

One star only because I can’t give zero. I’ve given this store plenty of chances & finally when they saw me here enough the ladies working there started becoming nicer.
Suddenly a young girl started working here not too long ago and her attitude since starting has been awful. Rude customer service, tells you how you *should* make your sandwich instead of kindly offering friendly suggestions. But I let that all go as she is young and this is probably her first job and like most is an unhappy student.
Then one day everything changed and she threw my veggie patty into the microwave without adding any sort of shield or protection to the bottom of the microwave. So I asked about it and she explained that’s how they normally do it so I told her I didn’t want it, I’m vegetarian and that quite frankly is disgusting. She offered for another one and I said no. Then in the middle of finishing my sandwich she stopped herself to tell me I «shouldn’t worry about it because all of the vegetables touch the meat eventually.» I simply told her I’d go elsewhere and walked away. Sadly it took long for me to gain a relationship with the other workers but this girl simply ruined me ever going there again.

Look at your receipts and see if what you got charged with is appropriate. I ordered 2 sandwiches from their specials and was charged more. It may be just a couple of quarters per sandwich, but these things add up at the end of the day. Look at your receipts ask questions if you think you got over charged. The specials have a set price and add the tax. If there are other extra charge, question it!

I went in today to buy 2 sandwhiches when I walked they didnt acknowledge me when she did look @ me it was like I was bothering her I asked her for the 2 sandwhiches another lady came out to help her she told her in spanish how I wanted them & to charge me for which was rude in its self. Never in my life did I suspect that someone would give me a fake $ 20.00 @ the salon job that I have nor in my wildest dreams would I ever have knowingly tried to pass it on to another business. I am a very honest person maybe one of the last be we are still out there. So when accused me of trying to pass a fake bill I asked her to see because I wanted to see what she was talking about she let me see & then proceeded to call the cops by then I was pissed so I ripped the $ 20.00 real or not threw it in her face & told her theres your $ 20.00 b!$ch & walked out. I am a consumer & I also take money for a living & never once have I ever treated someone so poorly & like such a criminal like was today I will never purchase anything from that shop again & you should know this NOT EVERYONE IS A CRIMINAL!!!

Fast service even if there’s a crowd.

This is my place of choice whenever I come to the mall, if I eat there of course.
Actually, this was the first Subway that I had been to. I started to go before all the Subway hype started. Before the food court addition, they had their shop next to a Fish & Chips restaurant and the arcade. I’ve always liked coming here and eating their sandwiches.
The employees are super nice and friendly. They always get my order correctly and the food looks amazing. None of the food was soggy when I got it and I was always satisfied after eating it.
Ever since the addition of the food court, it stands out along with the other fast food restaurants. What I mean is that it doesn’t fit with the modern trendy theme. This new remodeled subway looks really nice though. I can see myself ordering here whenever I feel like coming again.
