I will not be back to this Jack In the Box. They frequently get my order incorrect. My usual was a spicy chicken sandwich, no tomatoes. One time I just got a cheese and ketchup sandwich. EWW! My last visit really was the last straw. I ordered curly fries and they gave me regular. They took back the regular fries and dumped them back in with the fresh fries. Umm, I’m pretty sure that’s against the health code. I filed a complaint on the Jack In the Box website and never heard back. Beware if you ever come here. You might not be getting fresh food and always check your order before leaving.

New sriacha burger was great, perfectly cooked. Fast and friendly service. Props to the cook, whoever he is.

Ordered a Jumbo Jack. The service as fast considering there’s usually a long line so I skip them (Jack in The Box). The burger was hot and fresh which was surprising since fast food is usually disappointing.

Honest to god the worst jack in the box ever I tried going here three different times hoping maybe it was just an off day and every single time they screw up the order and they don’t even know their own menu or specials they have been offering for over 3 months! Fire every one you have because they are all incompetent If I could put zero stars that’s my vote
