I can’t believe how they served me! First or all, you can charge someone $ 8.75 for something that costs $ 7.75. I had to give up my chips and drink because it costed a dollar too much. Secondly, I’m talking perfect English. How do you not understand the words that are coming out of my mouth?! Why are they even working there?

This Subway has bad customer service and food that can make you feel sick. I’m surprised it’s gotten such positive reviews.
I don’t know what it is about the food here, but I always feel ill after eating here. I’ve felt fine at every other Subway location I’ve been to in Fairfield. So it has to be how the food is handled or treated here. I don’t get too crazy with my sandwich. My usual is turkey on wheat bread with mayo, american cheese, and lettuce. Super simple. I’ve always felt kinda judged when I tell them my order. As if my order isn’t complex enough for them.
As far a customer service goes it has been inconsistent. Usually the younger workers are the nicest. The older women are cold and unwelcoming. Like, I’m inconveniencing them by being there. Also, one time I had a woman ask me how far along I was. Umm… I’m not pregnant and never have been, but thank you for essentially calling me fat. I don’t know what training she got where she thought it would EVER be a good idea to comment on a woman’s body. I had to embarrassingly correct her. I haven’t been back since that incident. So congrats Subway, you’ve lost a customer due to embarrassment.
Unless you want to risk becoming sick or like being humiliated, avoid this Subway.

Terrible service here at this location. I ordered 2 6 inch sandwhiches and was charged on my c. c for 3. I went back to santosh who said she was manager to give me a refund on that 3^rd sandwhich she said that she can’t do that for me. She offered me another sandwhich and I told her no I just needed 2 not 3. I mentioned to her that she’s a manager and she has to refund me back my money. Now all of a sudden she’s not a manager. I corrected her and reminded her she said she was and she said no she’s not. She still didn’t refund me from my c. c or from the cash drawer. She took from the employees tips. That’s wrong and had the nerve to ask another employee to make up for santosh’s error. If I was that employee I would of told her no. That they split the tips amount themselves. Totally wrong business ethic… i asked santosh for managers number and name and did not give to me. So I waited to see if she would give it. She started helping a man ringing him up and over charged him. That man was upset and left pissed off. He said he’s not coming back. I let the man know I’m not either that she just did the same to me and wouldn’t refund my card trying to give me another sandwhich to make up for it. I got santosh’s attention and asked her again for the managers number and would not give to me. So I called another subway and they gave me the regional number the managers name. They are closed but I left message to contact me on monday. I give no stars for this subway. Santosh lied to me and was rude not giving me managers number. I let santosh know that it’s wrong what she did and to have other employees to pay back the tip jar for her error. Just wrong.

While not the biggest Subway, this was convenient. The lady I had was a bit slow, but I never hold that against anyone. The other girl was very friendly and warm.
Overall, the service wasn’t too bad and they were nice.

Small place but has seating in the back, their food seemed kind of old compared to other subways but at the end of the day it’s subway not some 5 star restaurant. It’s by my work, tastes good, and I didn’t get sick. So I’m happy lol

Terrible service, stopped in 9−27−14 at approx 5 pm and we could hear movement in the back half of the store but nobody said I’ll be right with you or anything like that. We waited almost 5 minutes before somebody came out he didn’t say sorry to make you wait he just walked around washed his hands put on gloves then asked us what we want. He was bugged when my sister asked him if he would mayonnaise the bread before putting the meat on the sandwich. He never offered to toast the sandwiches and seemed really annoyed when I asked him if he would toast mine. I just wanted lettuce and olives along with my meat. I asked if he’d put on a few extra olives. I think there was maybe 10 olives on my sandwich at most. The oven timer for bread went off and he just stopped what he was doing with us and unloaded all the bread, an understandable task, but he could’ve said I’ll be just a moment or sorry to make you wait again. When he finished he wrapped our sandwiches, told us our total, never offered us a soda or chips, or a have a nice day or don’t bother to come back. Which is all fine because we won’t bother to come back.

I went for breakfast and this location didn’t meet my expectations. I was hoping it would be as good if not better than most subways based on the positive reviews however I was disappointed that a) They didn’t have egg whites and b) The breakfast combo (and other menu items for that matter) was over 15% more expensive here than other subways I frequent. I didn’t realize franchises had such flexibility to set their prices but as a regular I am obviously going to be driven towards the stores with the cheaper prices.
I gave an extra star for the super friendly store employees, good on them!

Employees are always friendly and efficient.
It is always a good sign when the employees know your sandwich and what you like on it. This is by far my favorite Subway to patronize.

I have been in many subways (the only place I actually like to eat), but what makes it better is that the service here is great. The lady that made my sandwich was very patient and polite. Also, she put a great amout of veggies in my sandwich. In which some subways lack in. For example, the subway from rhe Solano Mall, they are always in a hurry trying to get through all the customers as fast as they can… and they don’t really put much of the veggies. I like my sandwiches w/​lots of jalapeños, yet they only add a little… I would suggest coming here instead. They make your sandwiches worth ur money.

Try the new grilled chicken Parmesan.

Great service on a late monday night (9pm).

I had the best sub from any Subway ever today. The young lady working was polite, patient, and made an awesome sandwich!!!

Unfortunately I have had to make frequent trips to the Travis Air Force Base due to a family emergency. However my few stops to the Subway close by have been a pleasantly healthy alternative compared to spare of the moment unhealthy temptations.
It’s been a while since I have been to subway, though again am always reminded how fresh and tasteful the food can be.
This particular Subway is straight across from the air force base, is your average size subway, small though with enough seating. I ordered the 6 Inch Chicken melt sandwich on 9 grain wheat with onions & tomatoes and a Diet Coke. Everything was extremely flavorful, there was a decent amount of chicken, the melted Swiss cheese along with the veggies came together perfectly and was overall very satisfying.
The shop appeared to be up to cleanliness standards; the service was extremely friendly and will probably visit again when I make my next visit.

This is my neighborhood Subway. The sandwiches are delicious but English is not a pre-​requisite to work here. So sometimes you’ll say you american cheese, but they put on provolone. You just need to become more accurate with pointing.
But hey its Subway.

4 stars cuz it’s subway. but the smallest subway i’ve ever been in, it’s like a hallway with food on one side and chips on the other and one table.
