ordered breakfast sandwiches like the egg mc muffin… guess what! no egg! i ordered 4 and no egg in any of them! i was already on the road and wasnt about to go back! i was too far by then! i also used a coupon, buy 1 get 1 free. i had 3 of them and my daughter with me. they lady at the register told me only 1 coupon per customer! i asked if they can just ring it up 3 times. they lady told me no. i was upset. so i got my revenge. i ordered 1 order with coupon, then had my daughter order and i slide my debit card again with another coupon. then i asked a stranger to order another for me so i can slide my card again with another coupon!!! whats the difference!!! UGH!!! the lady at the register was real rude and did not smile or anything!

I was here with my family Sunday, 02/05/2012 late evening. It was our first time coming in to this location. I was recommended by my best friend. We like to go to different Mc Donald’s Play place for our 2 year old and 4 year old. Place looks nice but the service is terrible. My husband was really upset because Jennifer(Supervisor Lead) was yelling at him for coming down the slide with my 2 year old daughter. My husband told her that he went up the structure because she was crying and scared to go down the slide. She said that it’s okay for him to go up the play structure but not go down the slide. There is no sign that says no parents allowed to be in the play structure or going down the slide. There’s a sign that show«Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times. 3 – 12 years old can play. Parents too!» If that’s the case, she needs to read the sign again or take it down. Also, she needs to respect people because yelling is NOT appropriate. She needs to go and take a leadership class and customer service. That’s not how you treat customers. Also, there are kids who are over 12 years old and another parent who is with his 2 year old daughter at the play structure. She did not talk to them about that they should not be in the play structure. Also, I went to order food. The cashier is the same lady who yelled at my husband. There’s no greeting and not a smile at her face. It’s a shame that this place is not a friendly place with good customer service.

Easy stop off I-80 or right after 680 to grab a Diet Coke.

I came here today, hungry after a whole day of classes only to be upset by their service. I ordered 7 burgers, not all for me though! I had a bunch of dollar bills I wanted to get rid but not enough to pay off the whole thing so I figured I could use my card for the rest, but was I mistaken! I mean, you would assume you could do that since McDonalds isn’t a small family owned business or anything like that. I had already handed her the money, but she handed it back and said ‚“oh noo, we dont do that” in a tone as if she was scolding a child. Yeesh. So I paid with my card, eh, no biggie I suppose. When I got my order, the lady just handed it to me. No Thank You’s, no Have a Nice Day’s, no Any Ketchup’s? Meh. And for the record, I smiled and said thank you to her! This was what got me: I special ordered one of the burgers and normally, at other locations, they will identify it by putting a sticker on it. NOTTODAYYY! Today, I get to unwrap all the burgers to find which one was mine. I’m hungry dude, I don’t like playing games when I’m hungry :( I can give them one thing though, the place was really clean. But then again, thats expected if there were only a few people dining in at the time. Oh, and the food? That was alright, satisfying for your normal starving student: D

The girls hosted a sleep over with several friends from school. So for lunch we took them out to McDonald’s. Unlike the typical McD’s I’m usually accustomed to(cruddy, smelly, stall tenants and slow motion service), this location came complete with a «PlayPlace», leather lounge chairs, counter seating and nice booths. We got the girls 4-piece Chicken McNugget Happy Meals, the wife had a Cheeseburger and I got their new Angus Mushroom & Swiss burger. The angus burger was okay but doesn’t compare to the classic big mac in my book. After we ate, the girls burned off some energy and had a blast at the ‘playplace’. Good prompt service, plenty of parking and a drive-thru…
