The food was good and properly made. That’s why this review is two stars and not one. When I arrived, I saw a line of about four cars so I parked and went in. There were four ppl ahead of me, their orders taken and waiting on their food. I ordered a gyro and an iced coffee. The cashier, Diamond, according to my receipt did not greet me. She took my TOGO order and handed me the receipt. It took 15 minutes to get my food, presented on a tray when it clearly has TOGO in big letters. I said it was to go, and she bagged my food and handed it to me. There must be some kind of breakdown in communication because the guy in front of me wanted his order to dine in and she bagged it to go. When he brought it to Diamond’s attention, she put the whole bag on a tray and handed it to him. So, no apology for the mix up, and no thank you for my business. Here’s a tip Fairfield Arby’s… put Diamond in the back making the sandwiches and have someone up front who can say please and thank you.

Ok it’s like this? When you order there fish! And you get chicken, something is wrong! I understand they are just kids! But if they are going to work! They need to pay attention to the customer! So stay away if I were you! So you have been warned!
