Taco Bell

It might be unfair to just give this one star BUT the events that happened when I was here are just too many to pass up when we arrived the manager went up to the register we weren’t ready so she went to the back and told us to yell for her when we were ready I should have paid more attention when I saw a group of people standing around waiting for their food at this point I still think ok no big deal… Well time goes on and on it’s been about 7 minutes now the other costumers are also still waiting one costumer gets his food and explains that he wanted beans and not beef or something like that the gentlemen in the front is talking the manager is talking and the customer is talking while the customer is explaining how his order is wrong the guys phone rings and he just answers it no big deal so of course this upsets customers one lady asked for her money back and walked out mind you more people are walking in I really don’t want to just call people lazy but the guy who answered his phone was walking with no sense of urgency whatsoever I had been waiting 10+min by this point FINALLY I get my food the manager did try to offer me a dessert for my trouble and did apologize but it was just too much now I work in the same industry I know how things get but like I said too much

Ok, I KNOW this is a Taco Bell… but this is a newer location, and as far as Taco Bell goes, this is one of the best I have gone to in a very long time. It was spotless and the assistant manager was like a busy little bee running around the place. She was manning the register with a smile and once the lines were gone she walked the dining room, cleaned a couple of tables and checked the trash.
The pop was good, which may also sound funny, but from a fountain you never know at times. It was the right balance of syrup and soda water. Our food came out a little slow but it was pretty slammed when we arrived. It was still hot and tasty once we got it though, and overall, I was just impressed with this location.
I will be stuffing their food in my face at a very near date once again… :P
