I haven’t ordered pizza from cenarios since my last review June of 2014. I decided to give them another chance. So I placed my order at about 4:15 and delivery was supposed to be at 5:35. I called at 5:50 since my order was already 15 mins late from the time they told me. They told me it would be an additional 6 more minutes after they kept telling me to hold on, trying to figure out where my pizza was. I told them that it was ridiculous that we have already been waiting 15 mins past the hour 20 mins delivery time. My kids were beyond hungry. There was no apology or anything, besides from the driver when he finally showed up. We apologized to him, but we were not going to accept a pizza that was supposedly already on its way at 5:05 according to their track your pizza feature from the email. This was absolutely the last straw. I will not be wasting my time on a pizza place, that does not care about their customers or their wait time. Another issue with Cenarios is why offer a feature like«track your order» if it is either a generated generic time or not the first place they’re delivering to? It does not take 50 minutes to go anywhere in Fairfield.

Do you have an establishment or two that you want to add a 6th Star to or update your Unilocal review every time you GO?!! That would be Cenarios of Fairfield. Old school, simple as you want it or dressed up artisan-grade pizza, they are the place. Fresh ingredients. Excellent customer service. A dependable, delicious product that puts larger competitive pizza«machines» to shame; I’ve been to some of them and see ready-made specialty pizzas sitting on racks, collecting dust and who KNOWS what until they’re ordered and put in the oven. I didn’t know food could be so impersonal that didn’t come in a box. Alas, I digress. This place is my go-to favorite for comfort food. Had a horrible week? Fix it with Cenarios pizza! Had the best week ever? Celebrate it with Cenarios pizza! I’m not ashamed that I make up ANY excuse to visit this hand-made pizza oasis in a land of mass-production! The ONLY bad thing about this fine establishment and it’s employees? Some of the customers that I’ve had the displeasure of being around while they vent on these hard-working artists! I want to give them a gift certificate for Square Table or Mountain Mack’s and tell them to hit the road. The professional staff do their UTMOST to please and go above and beyond what most employees do. If I could take such friendly, energetic, skilled and knowledgeable people like this and transplant them into any other restaurant OR industry for that matter… it would certainly flourish. They are passionate about making the best and they succeed… and it’s contagious! I can’t recommend this restaurant &/it’s crew enough. They are a bright star in the Fairfield area!

Finally decided to go back here just to experience the nostalgia of high school. No wonder why I always loved cenarios is go good!!! Especially their Fred bread just like the one I used to eat back in high school. The lady was so nice and I appreciate that she acknowledge that we were waiting for a while for our pizza and those are the type of people we should highly compliment and take notes from. And also the pizza is still the same from before. GOOOOOOOD :)

I’ve been eating Cenario’s since like forever. Back in high school they used to sell mini pizzas and breadsticks for lunch. Being a teenager I thought it was the best pizza evar! Now though, compared to other pizza places in Fairfield, Cenario’s is on the average end of my pizza scale. I usually go pretty simple. Medium pepperoni and breadsticks. The pizza is pretty decent if you’re just looking to satisfy a pizza craving. It’s not super flavorful. The sauce is a bit thick and is a bit too plain and tomatoey for my liking. The cheese is okay. Sometimes they skimp, so you might want to add extra. I tend to like my crust on the thin side and their crust is of a medium thickness. Not too doughy though. Their breadsticks, or «Fred Bread» is quite good. With garlic and parmesan, but not overpowering you’re taste buds. The pizza here is a really good deal. If you’re in Solano County, check your junk mail because Cenario’s sends out coupons pretty often. I always get the depression buster. $ 10.99 for a medium pizza, breadsticks, and two sodas! I think without the coupon it’s around $ 15 for the same exact order. I’ve always ordered in person and picked up my pizza. It never takes more than 20 – 25 minutes. They also have the option to order online which is convenient. At this location there are a couple of very small tables where you can technically eat there, but I have never seen anyone do so. The men and women who work here have always been friendly and welcoming. Last time I picked up my order they gave me an extra order of breadsticks! Huzzah! There are better places in Fairfield to get pizza, Martinos being my first choice, but Cenario’s is definitely a good option if you’re on a budget and are just looking for some plain old pizza.

Worst pizza EVER! I order a pizza for delivery at 8:15 my house is 2.5 miles away and I didn’t get my pizza till 9:50! It was cold, and the center was soggy. The pizza in itself was horrible I will never recommend this place to anyone. #disappointed

Michelle is always very nice and courteous! She’s an asset to Cenario’s. The gluten-free pizza is excellent. We’ve been coming here for a couple years now. My only suggestion is to put some corn meal on the bottom of the gluten-free pizzas so that it doesn’t stick to the cardboard underneath. The times that they did this before, it worked like a charm.

I really don’t understand the low reviews for this place? I order from them on a regular basis, the pizza is always great, the prices are good, and the customer service is always top notch.

Ok, I appreciate their customer service. They contacted me and asked that we give them another try, and we did. Both Mario and Jim were awesome. The food was definitely better this time… they must have been having an off day when we first tried them.

Stressed out of my mind, I had to figure out how to feed 200 people for lunch, two different meetings at two different locations. I called pizza vendors in the area and explained my situation and to my disappointment, they could not help me. So, I called Cenario’s Pizza in Fairfield. After explaining what I needed, which was a total of 40 large pizzas(20 Double Doses) right then and there, they did not hesitate to accommodate. Alonzo, Michelle and Chris went out of their way to handle my orders and delivered them on time to both locations. What a great staff!!! Double Doses are the way to go when you are feeding a whole bunch of people. Delicious pizzas, awesome chicken wings, fresh salads and great staff. You can’t go wrong with that. THANKYOUCENARIO’S PIZZA!!!

I’ve never ordered from this location and not had problems. If I order for pickup, I’ve waited 20+ minutes in store after the allotted time given for the order. If I order through delivery, it’s a 60 – 90 minute wait normally. Which is «okay» because we are notified of the time delay. The most recent time,(10÷28÷14) at approximately 1845 hours. we waited more than an 1 hour and 45 minutes, and we had to call, then was notified the pizza was«in route» and asked if we still wanted our order, we acknowledged we still wanted the order. 2.5 hours past since the original order, another call is made. Cenarios then informs us «The driver was involved in a traffic collision and another driver will deliver our order» Just seems a little coincidental that all these issues occur ALL the time with this location. I really do enjoy their pizza but with service the way it’s been with all the past experiences, I would be better off going to a grocery store’s frozen food aisle. At least I would end up with something to feed my guests. If you don’t want to work or do what’s asked of you, please find another job more suitable for your capabilities. I don’t go out of my way to write bad upon people but this is a consistent reoccurring issue with this store/company.

I have been coming to Cenarios regularly and I am disgusted with the recent customer service. I ordered my pizza an hour and a 40 minutes ago, they said it would be ready in an hour. I called to find out what happened and was told it was out the door and would be hot as if I should be happy that even though it’s 40 minutes later at least it would be hot. Excuse me but having hot food should be a given not a selling point. He then told there was a flood which caused a delay. When I suggested that they should have called to let me know that there would be a significant delay(over an hour delay) he snapped at me and cut me off. When I told him I was a loyal customer he seemed not to care. In the end he did offer 5% off. Two hours later the food arrives and guess what it’s not hot. Go figure.

It’s been a family tradition to get pizza from here for all our family get togethers. It’s always hot when it gets to our house and our family devours every piece. The workers are always friendly and have not once gotten our orders wrong in the last 10 years. We always do the double dose and get bacon and mushrooms on one pizza and Hawaiian for the other.

This is just a review of the delivery only. I ordered a rigatoni alfredo and ciabatta meatball online for delivery. First the rigatoni is as tiny as can be, I was expecting more of a meal, but this was a kid’s meal. The ciabatta meatball was dry, dull and tasteless. It has absolutely no flavor to it at all. The fred bread was the only highlight, and they give you a ton of it, probably because they know how bad their other food is, and how little of it you get, they compensate by trying to fill you up with the garlic bread. The delivery took over an hour, and I’m not sure if it was due to me tipping beforehand. Regardless, try somewhere else, this place is bad.

I was having one of those«i don’t know what the heck to eat» moments when i remembered that i had a coupon for this place(though the valpak). I figured what the heck, a coupon is a coupon this place shouldn’t be worst than little caesars. I checked out the website to which it was easy to navigate through and browsed the menu. I called in and placed an order for the hawaiian delight. When i picked it up the pizza it was nice, friendly, and quick. The pizza was baked perfectly and the bacon was super crispy and crunchy(basically perfect). The pizza itself wasn’t bad at all but not the best i’d ever had, but defiantly will choose this over Costco pizza(which is usually soggy) and pizza hut(sometimes oily). I would alone come back to this place just because they did a stellar job on the bacon. although my only bad comment would be that the bbq sauce made the pizza a little off(maybe it’s just my taste buds), i would in the future if to order another hawaiian get it with regular marinara sauce instead.
