Round Table Pizza

Online ordering doesn’t work! Ordered online, went to pick up at said time and pizza wasn’t even made yet Ughhh! Boo! Round table pizza is ok. It’s been around and for a quick pizza nearby home its convenient.

If you are having the lunch buffet it is priced fairly. However, if you are ordering just a pizza, say a large pepperoni, expect to pay $ 25-​$ 30 for one pizza.
Round Table is not on my list of places I visit on a regular basis.
What would be nice is to find a pizza place that has consistently good pizza for a fair price.

When I order a pizza it’s usually from this Round Table. Sometimes I pick it up considering the fact that’s it’s not far from where I live. This time I should’ve picked it up. When my pizza arrived 1 ½ after I ordered it my pizza was cold and after further inspection, it was missing one of the toppings. I did call to make management aware of my cold pizza, they did offer to have another one «rushed» out to me. I declined because I already waited too long. She did give me a $ 8 discount but I’m still very disappointed with this latest experience. Needless to say my next order will be for pick up

This is the first time we’ve been disappointed with Round Table. We ordered delivery. The pizza wasn’t hot, just warm. The crust was soggy. It seemed like it sat too long, before they delivered it. For $ 25 plus tip, you’d expect to get a pretty good pizza. Especially in Fairfield. Next time, well order from a different Round Table.

I had a really bad taste in my mouth after going to the Waterman Boulevard round table but after nine weeks of feuding with management they finally gave my family a voucher for a free pizza we decided to go elsewhere. Witch lead us to north tx street round table. My whole family LOVED. It we will stick to the north tx street one WAY better

The manager contacted me immediately and is sending me a coupon for a free large pizza amazing response quick efficient and very friendly we’re back on track

They are great. We come most Tuesday’s after taekwondo. They are very nice to our boys and treat us like family.

Forgot to post my update! After the bad service I received last time, Round Table Contacted me to apologize and give me an offer to try again. I did and the pizza was good, definitely better than before.

I went back to round table shortly after writing my initial review and when I tried it again it was as good as it was before the previous visit which is really good. I ordered online for pick up at a later time (about two hours later) and when I went to pick up my order the lady helping me explained that the computer messed up or it must’ve been misread because they made the pizza when I placed the order and not for a future time. She apologized and asked me if I could please wait for them to make me a fresh order and in the mean time she gave me a cup for soda. I was really impressed with her customer service and honesty. She could’ve easily given me the older pizza but she chose to be honest, apologize, and make me a new one and once I got my order it was delicious. It was a great turn around from my last visit. The only reason why I’m not giving all five stars is because of the original mistake of making the pizza to early when I ordered it for a specific pick up time.

I ordered online we like to do that because they will have it ready within 20 minutes but this time they didn’t have it ready because they couldn’t hear the printer in their store print out our tag so Amanda the supervisor upgraded our order from 2 large pizzas to 2 extra large pizzas I had to wait an extra 10 to 12 minutes but it wasn’t too bad it was very professional of her and her staff was great too

Staff is always super nice, pizza is always steaming hot, and the quality is worth the price. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I’m always happy with my service. Keep up the great work everyone.

I order a pizza and had it delivered the driver took money off my debit card without my permission. I would have given her a tip but the pizza was really late being delivered. She took the tip out herself I was very upset when I notice it the next day. please people dont buy pizza from them or use you credit card or debit card. I was given the money back the next day and a free pizza ticket at first i wanted to file charges but didnt.

I ordered a pizza online and the website estimated that the pizza would be available for pick up at 5:30. I showed up at 5:35 and was told that it would be another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later it was finally ready. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The pizza is never ready when I arrive and I always have to wait. I am crossing this one off my list.

If the pizza didn’t taste as good as it did I would have given this place only 1 star. I was visiting a friend out in the area and we ordered a pizza for pick up seeing at the guy told me that the delivery would take over an hour. Showed up to pick up my pizza after 30 minutes as they told me and it was still not ready then after waiting 10 more minutes they told me their registers were down. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally left with my pizza. A few days later I noticed I was charge multiple amounts from them on my credit card. I contacted them and was told they couldn’t refund anything without a receipt. Well obviously I didn’t have one as I didn’t know about the charges. I was told by the person on the phone that it wasn’t their problem. I will for sure never be going back to this Round Table. Hopefully you have a better experience there.

Disappointed they got my order wrong when I went to pick it up… Didn’t have time to wait so took the pizza they made (ordered chicken garlic got a cheese only…) manager told me they would give me a better discount than the coupon for the mix up. The discount was the same. Sad panda status.

The lunch buffet consisted of poorly lit salad bar and two pepperoni pizzas that look like they’ve been sitting out for over an hour. I found the person who seems to be in charge in an office talking on the phone. I requested fresh pizzas. 20 minutes later still nothing. Avoid at all costs.

I ‘m really digging the lunch buffet here. The selection of sodas and frosted sticks were tasty. Great flavor in the pizza. There’s an appealing 70’s vibe in the wood paneling in this place. I’d recommend most definitely.

Good location and decent customer device. I must say it is pretty awesome that you can pick up you’re order in the drive through! My only suggestion is to pass on the salad bar. It has been gross, dirty, and pretty much empty every time I have come to this location.

Apparently they don’t check online order. After an hr (20 min late) I called, she asked for my number, I gave it to her, she said she doesn’t see an order, and I said I’m looking at the email confirmation of my order and she said oh it was a online order. So I answer yes. And she said oh that’s why. They don’t check online order I guess. Ugh. Why even have that option? I would love to give 0 stars. That’s what happens when you don’t cook and you depend on somewhere like this to bring the food. My fault.

Came here during lunch time unsure of what I wanted to order during my lunch break and ta-​da! They were having a salad & pizza lunch buffet for $ 7something! Good thing too because I was in a time crunch and didn’t feel like waiting for them to make me a personal pizza.
I think what they have out for their all you can eat lunch is good. Your basic salad bar and different types of pizza as well as garlic bread twists and cinnamon bread twists. I love how they cut their pizza slices small so I can try each of the pizzas. I’m a simple cheese pizza type of girl so I was happy with the cheese pizza and yummy garlic bread twists :) Def would come back for another lunch break.
