They never will offer the truly cheaper way to ship packages like the if it fits it ships boxes. They try to get you to pay for their boxes, packing and prices.
They know charge to tape your box closed, pathetic. The 3 guys always there NEVER smile. They have no people skills. I’m over going there and they never have the usps flat rate boxes there. They don’t even make you feel welcomed. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. I’ve worked in shipping/​mailing and these people just shouldn’t be in customer service. The only reason they still have business is because they are the closest postal place near these neighborhoods.

$ 6.80 plus shipping. I shipped a smallish box, $ 3 for the box, .80 for peanuts and «ProPack» $ 3. (really? $ 3 Pro-​pack to put the items in a box?) and $ 17 for reg fedex shipping to California. I could have saved a lot of money shipping this at the post office myself. Beware of high prices when you have a company put a few light-​weight items in a box for you instead of finding a box yourself… I won’t make that mistake again. The counter person was very polite and I did receive a shipping confirmation email so that was good

Store advertises as being open at 9am. Well the store was not open at 9am. USPS priority shipping cost $ 30+ more than the US post office…

It says they open at 9. I got here early, just before 9, to drop something off before work. It is 9:23 and they still have not opened. It is very inconsiderate to not open at the hour posted, especially early in the morning when people might be running errands before work!

I’ve been coming here for my mail for a very long time and have always been pleased with the service. The people here know me so well that they will often verbally let me know that I have a large package waiting even before I open my mailbox. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to help every time I go in. I’ve also never had a bad experience with lost or stolen mail ever since I switched to them. Very glad I chose Package 2 Post!

I own a couple companies, and I’m always on the go. I tend to come in in the mornings, and Misty always greets me with a friendly smile. She’s fast, efficient and always on point.. Always very cheerful, and asks how my day is. Her customer service is top notch. Not to mention she is very easy on the eyes.

Absolutely fantastic job! I travel for business and sometimes have to ship some of my equipment. I stopped here on my way to SFO before a flight. I brought in the equipment and was greeted with a smile. I left my equipment and proceeded to fly back to LAX. I just received my box today, it was by far the BEST packing job I have ever seen. They treated my test equipment like it was there own. I have shipped from all over the US and NEVER have seen such care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so much.

I have been using this place to ship since it opened. They have great service and offer shipping through US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and DHL. They’ll help you determine which is the cheapest way to ship too! Great business!!!
