Really the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I have eaten there before and have had a decent meal a time or 2. Otherwise it would be 1. Tried to go in tonite 2⁄27 at 9:40 at nite with my girlfriend. Enter the dining room entrance where there are 4 tables sitting(8 top, and a few 4’s) 5 or more open tables. 2 servers on the floor, 2 bus people and 1 manager/owner. We walk in and stand at the host desk and wait. We stand there and watch the staff move about and watch them look at us. We continue to wait More staff stares at us while the manager/owner looks at pictures on a guys iPhone in the middle of the floor, and had yet to turn around. We continue to wait 7 minutes in the manager/owner still has yet to turn around and acknowledge we are waiting, meanwhile even the guy who is showing the photos had made eye contact with me yet said nothing to the manager. Then we decide to leave and as we are on our way out the door a female servers who has seen us standing there asks if she can help us with something. No thanks you have sealed that I won’t waste my gas to come there anymore. And yes I know he was the manager/owner because we have dealt with him before when he walks around and asks how things are. Sad

If you if you know me, please stay was from Craft 260 in Fairfield. I just experienced the most unprofessional service to me and my family at this place. When We walked in, I was refused service, and someone asked if my 27 year old was a 18 and older. We showed our IDs and asked for services. We were told we could not be seated. We asked to see a manager and a bus boy asked if we wanted to be seated, as customers were waiting for tables. If you own this restaurant, direct message me. I need to to you directly. Unacceptable service.

Sitting a table in the bar over the course of 4 ½ hours and our party growing from 2 to 5. .. Service was top knotch, beer selection on point and food oh so delicious. Let me just state the obvious — Andrew waited on us and he was so awesome! Laughed at our jokes, so knowledgeable about the beers and never once made us feel bad about being there so long even when it got super busy! He instead moved us to a bigger table and kept the beers coming! I’m from California so when visiting family in CT I was told to check out this craft beer spot. We enjoyed many of the IPA’S and indulged in a flat bread pizza, fish & chips, brussel sprouts, the steak sandwich, the bacon appetizer and more! Everything was so delicious. I will definitely be back and keep telling others to check out this spot. Thanks Andrew for such great service you are a rockstar!

Brussels Sprouts app was stellar. Pretty good draft list and an awesome feel in the place. The nachos were really good with the IPA cheese and the small salad was definitely worth the price. Can’t imagine what the large would be. Overall, great service. Not a long wait. Good food. And a really clean, nicely decorated place. Also, small parking lot so they have a free valet to ease that issue.

Everyone raves about the brussel sprouts for a reason. They are absolutely delicious. The chicken wings are good and crunchy. I also had the smoked salmon blt which was dry and a salmon filet not smoked salmon so I was a little disappointed. And of course the beer selection was great.

Brussel Sprouts — I would just have a serving on my own as a meal they are to die for.

Small but nice interior. Service was very very good. Fair prices. The disappointment was the food. Mussels were average. Caesar Salad with grilled shrimp had good flavor and I would recommend. The Burger(classic) was average… Brioche bun was decent and fresh but one single pickle chip on the burger with not much flavor overall(add a nice sauce of some kind is my recommendation). Don’t go if you are seeking the fried pickles as they are no longer being served. Decent place, but with so many options in the area we may not return.

Selection of craft beers is great. Good place to socialize with a couple of friends. Food is decent but not great. I recommend sticking to the flatbreads and the simple meals — some of the specials were a little questionable. One thing that really got me was being at the bar on an evening when multiple dishes were discounted(for football). All the dishes, except one, were charged at full price! As the difference in prices wasn’t significant, I didn’t want to embarrass myself by making a fuss in front of friends and just payed the higher prices.

I went with a group and each of us had a good meal. We tried the brussels sprouts, nachos, bacon and barrata and all were good. The menu is not typical bar food. I am fairly picky and I really enjoyed everything. I had the eggplant sandwich, and it was very good. I am not a beer expert but they had a good selection and our server was really knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find something we liked. I’ll be back.

Have eaten their twice in past 5 months. Attentive service and very good food. Place is a bit small, but the service and food make up for that. The burgers are really good, flavorful, decent sized portions on brioche. Brussel sprout appetizer is simply excellent. Fried pickles are wonderful. They have been open for a while, but it’s not in a great location, not referring to safety rather it’s in a strip shopping area just outside town set back aways… easy to miss. Then again, living in Fairfield for many years I know people who won’t drive past the circle diner because it’s too close to Bridgeport… Give it a try.

Only four stars because it is a primarily a place for beer and comfort food. Initially came with a Groupon but have been back several times. I really cannot imagine a better place that delivers on what you expect it to. I’ve read a few comments sort of knocking the décor which i don’t understand as I find it open and inviting, modern and brightly lit rather than dingy dark pub. I like the feel of the place. While I am not a beer guy and all the new craft choices make my head hurt, I can say that the wait staff here is helpful, patient and always offering tastes to coach me through my confusion. I really feel comfortable here asking for advice which is given gladly. I really cannot comment on too many menu items because I’ve been stuck on my few faves including the most fantastic nachos — unique but not crazy — and the Brussels Sprouts app is also fantastic. For main courses i’ve had all of their burgers and a few other sandwiches, all of which i have enjoyed. The mac and cheese is also a standout dish. Overall, don’t miss Craft 260 for a casual fun restaurant experience that won’t disappoint.

We’ve been here multiple times and I feel it’s worth an update. As I look at other reviews I need to put it out there, that there are a few dishes in this place that are simply a cut above the rest. If you go here, order the following: Apps — Brussels Sprouts — a MUST! and the Candied Thick Cut Bacon Appetizer — Also a MUST!!! Entrees — Somebody needs to get the Craft 260 Burger, with the Craft Fries. If somebody in your party can’t decide, you can’t go wrong with this. Crisp pork belly on top, caramelized onions, smoked tomato(hello über ketchup replacement!) and IPA cheddar sauce. Please don’t order it well done!!! It would be a crime against nature. Everything else is very very good. I can say for certain that they make a very nice steak and a very nice salmon dish. To me, choosing those two apps listed up top here really set the tone. The dishes here are well thought out. A subtle combination of flavors to wake up your tastebuds. It’s hearty fare and goes well with a nice sharp beer, like an IPA for example. The beers are curated well here, with a varied selection of top tier choices.

Went Tuesday night for Trivia night with a great group of friends. Had a fantastic time – owner or manager was very accommodating and the person who was in charge of the trivia was kind to wait until we were seated to begin. We ordered the Southern Wings, fried in a delicious coating and covered in your choice of flavors, we chose chimichurri and agave sesame(there were 4 of each) – really delicious and different from your typical wing. We also ordered the nachos that come with pulled pork, white cheddar cheese sauce and some other absolutely delicious toppings. Both were so tasty! I will definitely head back to this place to try some of the other offerings. The atmosphere is welcoming and décor very nice. Good staff, fun trivia. A fun and delicious evening out. Parking is tight which could be a drawback for some but they do offer valet parking on weekends when it is busiest.

Aside from the place being tiny and making it hard to breastfeed my baby(barely enough elbow room hence only four stars), it was a good meal. We started with the candied bacon which was delicious and makes my mouth water currently as I type this. My husband ordered the Craft 260 burger and I ordered the Mediterranean chicken which turned out pretty great. It was overall a good experience and I would definitely come back at an hour when it is not so crowded. We dined here at about 5pm so of course it was very busy, not to mention on a Friday night. The place was packed but it was expected from a nice little pub. Forgot our waiters name but he was a very polite gentleman and recommended our dishes, actually. Hats off to him, I’d definitely go back!

Awesome bar food. Brussels sprout and fried pickle appetizers are awesome. They use a bourbon and moonshine reduction sauce which is special. Burgers are great. Real special is the slow cooked pulled turkey with bacon, cheddar, onions and apples. Yummy.

Stopped at Craft 260 after a day of paddle boarding and… WOW! From start to finish, it was a fantastic evening. The strip mall location might give the impression that the restaurant has a typical, burger joint ambiance — just the opposite! The décor, with reclaimed wood, funky lighting, comfortable seating and a cool vibe, was such a great surprise as we entered the front door! Our server, Andrew, was knowledgable, professional and so pleasant and personable. He made incredible recommendations and had a wealth of detailed knowledge on the beer offerings. The brussel sprout appetizer was outrageously delicious(yes, brussel sprouts!!) The pesto salmon was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned and the pecan pie was decadent! Such a great find!!! We WILL be back.

This place has some pretty good food. It is a little pricey though. Parking is really annoying, they are located in a shopping type plaza, with not much parking. They have a small, but cute outdoor area to eat at if wanted.

For a place as rustic-chic looking at this, I would have thought the food would be a little more up to par. Call this an upscale pub, because that’s what it is essentially. Great selection of beer and the wait staff are very accommodating. Aside from aesthetics, the food wasn’t as great as I thought it would be. We order one appetizer and two entrees. The fried pickles tasted good however the they could have battered it a little better, the pickle came right out when you bit into it, not a pleasant sight, especially when it’s still searing hot… ouch. My friend ordered the mac and cheese with bacon and I ordered the potato, onion & chorizo flatbread. The mac and cheese for her was WAY too cheesy and she could only take a couple bites the dish was so heavy. On top of that adding bacon was an extra $ 3, for just a sprinkle… hmm, not worth it in my opinion. My dish was heavy as well, very greasy and the potatoes were cut too think so they were fairly soggy and sopped up all that grease liquid, and no I didn’t necessarily like the oil-filled bite I had.

Two stars because the beer list and whiskey selection is pretty on point. The place is small but that’s not a problem. Last time we went(three of us) we were being helped by the bartender who couldn’t have been more rude. When I ordered two shots(30 bucks) I was informed by the dumbbell behind the bar that I was standing next to someone’s seat… Ok… «That’s his seat.» Who cares? I just ordered 30 dollars worth of whiskey(Whistle Pig) in two shots… He can wait the 6.8 seconds it will take for you to pour two shots and slide them over to us. For that price if I want to sit on the bar itself I will. Get over the attitudes of some of the staff and it’s not a bad place for great beer and whiskey.
