If I could give zero stars to this business, I would. I had a great experience up to the point where they recommended I see Dr. Alex Colondona for nutritional guidance. He discovered that I have a variety of illnesses that are undetected by Western medicine that can only be cured through purchasing $ 500 of supplements directly from their office. Dr. Alex concluded this after charging $ 125, going into a trance with his eyes closed, and poking at me. This man is a con artist and I question the business for having him on staff.

First of all, when you go there no one explains anything to you about the business, classes etc… I was invited there by a friend to try their yoga class. I went and enjoyed it and when the class was over they were offering a $ 30 for 30 sessions deal. I said I would like to give it a try and gave them my $ 30. 2 days later I came down with an upper respiratory infection. I was sick for about 10 days on antibiotics. I called to see if I could extend my start date to a later date(when I finished my meds) and they told me at that time that my start date was the day I came in for what I thought was a trial class(again no one ever confirmed or denied that). I went back to Physical Synergy to get my money back because they handled this matter so unprofessionally that I no longer had any interest in going there. I was told at that point that the(what I thought was a trial class) costs $ 20 and if I wanted to extend my «start date» I’d have to pay more $ all over again. So, I asked them to give me my $ 10 back and call it good. The«manager» who obviously had no authority to do that, told me she’d have to check with the owner. I received a check in the mail for $ 12 about a week later. As for the owner, you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing your staff to treat potential customers as poorly as they did me. You need better communication because right now there is none!

Pretty good facility for physical therapy they also have a yoga room. The physical therapy doctors are very good, doctor Matt especially. The yoga is not for everyone it’s more of an aerobic gymnastics class at times with girls doing handstands while Katy Perry music blasts from the ceiling speakers. Those yoga classes are really missing the meditative aspects of yoga. However if you go for physical therapy or chiropractic needs I would definitely recommend Dr. Matt at Physical Synergy.
