I would be a naked man if it were not for this store. Always a friendly person to help a fashion deficient man such as myself find some good outfits

I am so impressed with this location. The sales associates are very helpful and friendly. It’s always well maintained at this store… clothes are nicely stacked and put away. Also the ladies are so good with helping a customer find an outfit. They ask what look one is looking for and make suggestions. They also give straight to the point answer when you ask if the look is «right» or «wrong»…This place gets an A++++++++

The customer service at this Express is fantastic. I’m a guy and I always ask for the opinions of the female staff there when I pick out clothing combinations. They are extremely honest and flatly say «no» when something doesn’t look right and give an enthusiastic «yes» when something does work. Pretty cool. It also helps that, as of this writing anyway, the girls there are attractive. Go Express.

This express carries both mens and women’s clothing. Nice employees and very clean store. The employees made sure I had a good shopping experience. They were really nice.

Ever since EXPRESS they got a new manager, their customer service has gone out the window. I was in there 2 weeks agao with my mom and needed a dress for my birthday party. I was in the dressing room
and needed a another size, I gave the dress to my mom who asked the manager to get me the size I needed. The manager just looked at my mom and said I don’t have that size. My mom asked her where the dress was located and she took her there against the wall. And sure enough there was the size I needed. This manager is LAZY. Everytime I go in there and they don’t have a size I need out on the floor i ask an assoiciate to check the back. Of course they have to inform the manager everytime they do a stock check and the managers response is ALWAYS there out of that size. Come on now you now ALL the sizes that are in your backroom or your just to lazy to go check? i would rather go to SUNVALLEY MALL and get friendly, helpful customer service than at SOLANO MALL.
