I have been shopping here for five years and I’ve never had a problem with the employees they were also nice and polite towards me… they even went so far to help me pick out a dress for my graduation. I’m sad to see the store close down i bought a majority of my clothes there.

Cheap and trashy clothes. Expensive. You’ll never see me buying anything from here.

I had an infuriating experience here and do not recommend this place under any circumstances! I bought a white blouse with a makeshift type of jean vest sewn onto it. It fit perfectly and I brought it home extremely excited about my purchase(which was 27 dollars with tax. a tad pricey for the quality). Luckily I showed my mom before I dumped it in the wash. She suspected that the blue dye from the vest part would bleed all over the white shirt when we washed it. So I took a towel, dabbed it in some cold water(cold? room temp? somewhere around there) and VERY gently rubbed it against the vest. Sure enough, my towel was immediately stained blue(it didn’t wash off when I tried later on). The tag on the shirt clearly states«machine wash cold». That clearly wasn’t the case. Everything would’ve turned blue. So I brought it back and demanded a refund. Their policy is that they offer exchanges but not refunds. Since the shirt was technically«faulty»(it couldn’t be safely washed), that contract is void and they are obligated to refund it. I’m not returning it because I decided I didn’t like the top or it didn’t fit after I brought it home! The Korean owner lady gave me a LOT of attitude and refused to refund it for me. Not only that, but she asked me why I would do such a thing(test it with water). She said no one does that. To that I asked her«what, you don’t wash your clothes in water?» She then tried to make excuses by saying, «It’s probably dry clean only.» She looked at the tag, paused and just said, «Well no one does that». I even pulled out a water bottle and showed her. She kept angrily sighing and giving me attitude. She also told me multiple times that I «shouldn’t go shopping.» She claimed that all clothes these days are like that and that I’m not meant to go shopping. In pure ignorance, she even added«I’ve sold many of those shirts» to which I said, «yeah, because people didn’t know that they can’t be washed!» They don’t do exchanges for clothes without tags(which is normal). SOIF I HADCUTOFFTHETAGSANDWASHEDTHESHIRT, I WOULDHAVESIMPLYFLUSHED27DOLLARSDOWNTHETOILET. After a lot of arguing and her insulting me, I got store credit and attempted to sell it to someone next to me. Naturally, she protested to that, but legally, I can do anything I want with my own possessions. She waved her hands frantically to get me away and immediately rang the girl up. So I waited outside the shop and sold it to someone for 20 dollars. I’d rather lose 7 dollars than waste 27 on something I can’t wear(who’s to say their other clothes aren’t of equally horrendous quality). In short, the owner is rude, irresponsible, and highly offensive. She doesn’t give a crap about her customers(unless they’re customers whose money she hasn’t taken). I received no apologies throughout the whole thing and she never even admitted that something was indeed wrong with that shirt. If she had at least admitted that before talking about exchanges only I might have felt a tad less angry. Telling me that I should never go shopping(even as she’s handing me the store credit slip), and trying to make everyone think that something’s wrong with me is not the best way to do business. If the mistake is on you, own up to it. I filed a complaint to Westfield Mall and plan on reporting her to the California Business Bureau(as soon as I get her business number). Shops like her deserve bad credit.

Dammit Together, everytime I look at you, I think about how much I miss Warehouse Music. Cheap clothes for scantily-clad chicks. Pretty much the definition. But I found a cute tank-top…once. Maybe a jacket too. But would it KILL the employees/manager to smile?
