Have been going there since it opened. Have always had a wonderful experience. Family owned and managed. They go out of their way to please the customer. I have gone there 2 – 3 times a month for 7 plus years, and have never had a single problem.
Hard working, honest and professional folks making a living by serving our community.
They’ll even pickup and deliver, if requested.

Would give a zero star if I could. Owner (I believe she is the owner.), is obnoxious and rude. She has always been brusk with me, I can ignore that. She ruined several of my clothes over a 6 months period. I told her she did nothing, just gave me another cleaning free each time. Those where just everyday wear clothes so, I let it go. She then ruined a beautiful, one of a kind designer evening gown. That dress was a gift, my mother in law bought me in Beverly Hills. It was a $ 6,000 dress. Ruined, destroyed, beads off all over the place, and the silk torn in many places. Again, she only offered me a free cleaning next time. When I told her that was not acceptable and that not only did I want my money back, but that I wanted her to replace that dress. Which I cannot get an exact, but a similar from that designer. She said NO, that I brought my clothes there at my own discretion basically, that they are not responsible for damage. That if it occurs it is because the clothing is not cleanable. Something to that affect. She acted like she was the client and I was the person damaging her cloths! I told her that she was not a dry cleaner and did not know what she was doing. And asked if she had any formal training prior to opening this store. She told me to get out! And not come back. I told her I have a receipt for the dress when it was purchased last year, I have the ruined dress and I have the receipt showing I paid her for cleaning it. When she cleaned it all she did was put a note on the dress that it cannot get any cleaner. But it was ruined in the process of her aggressive and filthy hands all over it. I told her she will hear from my lawyer. She turned her back to me and literally laughed out loud! DO NOT GO THERE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

Friendly Cleaners lives up to its name! The owners couldn’t be nicer, and go out of their way to provide excellent service. We used their free pick up and delivery service and couldn’t have been happier with the quality of the cleaning.

Rude.
Impersonal.
Several times I went to wear the item they had cleaned only to find that the stain was not removed yet I was not made aware of it but w the added benefit of paying for a still soiled garment, burned the collar of my husbands shirt too.
Unwilling to provide good customer service– just the basics– no questions, no additional suggestions or options for cleaning or tailoring one’s garments.
No apology when it was brought to their attention too.
There are over a ½ dozen cleaners in town so trust me, save yourself the potential frustration & go else where.
