1÷10÷2016 Sunday about 1:45.pm.Went threw the drive in and ordered a bacon swiss buttery jack burger. WENT HOME AND. OPENED IT UP. THE BURGER WAS COLD. Not warm or hot. This happens a lot at this jacknbox location. I wouldn’t recommend that restaurant to anybody. .I went. back and got a refund.

I go here just to save on gas. tacos always taste like they’ve been sitting out for too long. Like others have mentioned, in the drive thru they often make you park.

I found a cockroach In my milkshake, the place is completely disgusting needs new management, workers an all.

Absolute worst, that is what this place is. I cant even eat this burger as it was overcooked, sloppily prepared and completely unappetizing. The curly fries were great, until I found 2 crap cluster at the bottom. Step up your game Jack. Make that burger look like the picture for once.

The worst Jack in the Box I have been to! Filthy floors and tables. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I got service. While eating my food, one of the employees boyfriends kept driving through the drive through in his red blazer blasting his music and pulled away with some free food. I will not return to this location!

We went to this place twice and it was terrible the worst drive thru service I ever had! They are mean and slow! And got the order wrong! Decided to give them the second chance since we don’t want to drive to red top rd for a different one and they didn’t fail to disappoint us. Got the order wrong again!

Sooo mad right now, I just stopped here to get some food since Im moving and I dont have any food at home. I get home and get ready to eat and the buns are burnt! They are black and hella hard, there is no way this was a mistake because it looks so gross! I would go back but Im tired from moving boxes all day. No dinner for me tonight! :(But the fries and Sprite are good, thats why they get one star!

First of my order wasn’t correct. The didn’t get me one of the sides I ordered. They put cheese on my item that I clearly said NO CHEESE. They were walking around touching the food without gloves. The manager said that they wash their hands every hour. Which I do not believe. The cashier even went back and was handling food. It’s just disgusting to know that everyone in the back can touch the food. No respect for the customers what so ever. I wouldn’t recommend a rat to eat at this place.

Your order wont be what you think. This is the third time in the past 2 weeks that my order is not correct, 2 times i have irdered an ultimate with no sause and tonight i ordered a chicken sand. With no sause, all three times they put sause in it,

We recently received coupons in the mail and decided to get a late night snack. One coupon said buy a large fountain drink and get the new chicken spicy burger for free. The other one we used said but one of the new spicy chicken burgers and get another free. We ordered those. The lady gave us a small drink while we waited on out food which took 15mins. I told the lady it said large. She tried to argue saying she couldn’t get the coupon out of the box she put it in and she new it said 20 ounce drink which is a small. I said NO. I read it like 20 times before I ordered it. So another girl gave us the large drink and let us keep the small drink which is the only reason they get two stars because they don’t really deserve one. But then she hands us the large drink and the top falls off and spills all over my boyfriend. As the hand us the bags (and the food was soggy), they don’t give us our change. It was only like 50 cents so it wasn’t worth going back, but that is the worst experience I ever had.

If you don’t mind waiting in line behind the dozen or so flies constantly hanging around the drink dispenser, then this place is a go! The ambiance was that of a New York subway after lights out, with the music giving it an almost ran down, border-​town cantina feel. The complimentary dead flies was a plus and having the urine-​soaked bum half asleep by the locked bathroom made this place an absolute go-​to for me when trying to find somewhere to pass out after a night of binge drinking. A must for any destitute, vagabond or mentally misdiagnosed on a budget.

This is easily the worst Jack in the Box in town. First off, you almost always have to pull out of the drive-​thru and wait for your order to be brought to you in the parking area next to the drive. It almost always takes a bare minimum of 5 minutes (but typically closer to 15) for your food to make it’s way to you. In all seriousness, if I had the time to wait that long I wouldn’t be going through the drive-​thru to begin with. There’s even been one instance where they asked me to pull out of the drive-​thru with absolutely no one behind me. Another visit had the woman working the drive-​thru ask me to back up my car and drive forward again to reset the timer as they were taking longer than they should to prepare my food. The service is very poor overall. It seems like all the employees greatly dislike being there and are inconvenienced by your order.
To sum it up, the food is good. I very rarely go to this location though based on the poor customer service, but the food remains of good quality. Even so, if you’re craving J in the B — make the extra 8 minute drive to the one in Suisun, MUCH better quality customer service makes for a better experience.

Sucks. Food is always nasty. Never fails. One in suisun is waaaaaaay better.

You can’t ask for much when it’s a fast food joint. There’s been a few times where I’ve ordered bacon on something and haven’t received it. There’s also times when I haven’t gotten everything I ordered. If you go through the drive thru, I suggest you double check your order, and even double check the condiments you’ve asked for. I asked for ranch, they gave me taco sauce. I didn’t even order tacos! Thanks mother effer. How the hell am I supposed to enjoy my poppers with taco sauce?
You get what you pay for, sometimes even less! lmao

We went through the drivethrough and the guy was very polite and asked if our order was correct on the screen. Very fast service!

One of the scariest Jack-in-the-Box’s that I have ever been to. Definitely hobo central! While eating here, a bum just walks right in with a cup and starts filling it up with Hawaiian Punch. The employees didn’t say a word to him so I assume this is a regular occurrence. The food was good, though. I normally get the chicken fajita pita at the San Jose location and they only give me 1 salsa. However, this place gave me 2 salsas and I didn’t even have to ask!

Bum Central. Nothing like trying to decide what’s for lunch and seeing a couple alcoholic crackheads arguing behind the bushes 10 feet away from you. Food is decent though for a JindaB
