The tag line for Jersey Mike’s is «A Sub Above.» The sandwich I had delivered on that promise. A #6(roast beef) without provolone, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, herbs, mustard and mayonnaise. The white bread is crusty on the outside, while being soft and fluffy on the inside. The bread holds up well to all the produce and meat. Speaking of fillings. The produce is fresh. The roast beef is a whole roast cut to order. All meats and cheeses are cut to order. They offer a variety of hot sandwiches that are cooked to order on a flat top. Their cheese steak options sound awesome. Getting through the line does take longer than other sandwich shops. The quality and taste make it well worth it. All staff were friendly. Smiles and how are you doings from everyone. A great experience from start to finish.

Have been to this jersey mikes a number if times. What can I say about the food? It’s jersey mikes… I like it. It’s the staff that makes this place special. They are always incredibility polite, friendly, and helpful.

The sandwiches taste great. However, to actually GET a sandwich in your HANDS takes an incredible amount of patience. First, you need to wait for the manager to count out the money at the counter where you order. Then, you need to wait for two of the three people who work there to finish their conversation about how much they want to take a break. Then, once you place your order, you need to repeat your order about three times because you, ordering, interrupted the workers’ conversation about how much they deserve a break. They’ll ask you if you want lettuce no fewer than four times, and you’ll answer no fewer than four times with the same response. You’ll begin to question whether you’re being punked, or recorded for a zany TV show, or both. It was pretty busy at this Jersey’s Mike’s, too, so that added to the frustration even more. The whole experience was pretty ridiculous.

Jersey Mikes has been, and will always be my favorite sub place. I could probably eat this every day and not get sick of it. My go to and recommendation is the #8 club– mikes way with banana peppers The best thing about these subs and they arnt greasy. All the meat and bread is fresh. Always fantastic service. Nothing but good things to say

I have always been a fan of Jersey Mike’s, and it was one thing I definitely missed about the Midwest while living in Hawaii. So whenever I am home, I always make sure I go. But I had no idea that there was a location here at Jungle Jim’s! And now I know that every time I go home I will be able to stop here(since I will always stop at Jungle Jim’s on the way back to Chicago). And as far as Jersey Mike’s goes, this is one of the best. They gave my wife and I cookies for free since it was my wife’s first time there, and when we came back(on a second trip to Jungle Jim’s) a week or so later, the manager remembered us and asked how we were and how our move was going. Combine that with food being made quickly, even when busy, and you have a recipe for great customer service! I usually get a roast beef sub with provolone and lots of bacon, which I had the first time(delicious), but I branched out and got a philly cheesesteak with extra steak the second time. Not quite up to WaWa standards(my favorite) but very good anyway. y wife got the club, and was very impressed. They are so much better than somewhere like Subway, who makes sandwiches with 60% bread, 30% lettuce, and 10% meat. At Jersey Mike’s, you get a real sandwich. I cannot imagine why anyone goes to Subway anymore, honestly. Jersey Mike’s is my favorite cold sub place, and this is my new favorite location. It makes me so happy that I live in a place where Jersey Mike’s does business once again.
