Took my bridesmaid dress to get it adjusted & made shorter. I tried it on & the lady took the measurements; we agreed on certain length. When I went to pick it up I come to find that my dress was not even at all from the bottom. One of the shoulders was much tighter than the other one. When I told the lady she said all they could do was cut it shorter to make it even. (We wouldn’t of had this problem if they had done it right the first time). They charged me prior to fixing it $ 78 very pricey for what they did & worst of all they did a horrible job! Never going back! I do not recommend this place. Better off going some where else

I trust them with my valuable garments and they never disappoint. Reasonable prices too.

I took my son’s Raiders jacket there Jan 24, 2012 to see about fixing the zipper. The person there did not have any answers for me. So I left my name, phone number and the type of jacket it is. Stated I needed the zipper replaced. She said that she would have a person call me with a price. I never got a phone call. Wednesday my sister went there to check on the jacket. She was informed it was finished and it would cost $ 30.00. I will be picking the jacket up today. I am not happy about this. A business is not supposed to do any work without a price quote and authorization. I am advising everyone not to go there. This is poor business management. I am also contacting the BBB about this. If I had known they were going to charge $ 30.00 to replace a zipper I never would of had it done. Thats rediculous for such a simple job.
