I highly recommend Sameer, he has 15 years of real estate experience as a Real Estate Broker, very knowledgeable, strong negotiator, good listener, patient and not pushy. Sameer was my buyer’s agent when my wife and I were looking for a house in Bay Area (Dublin/Pleasanton/Fremont/Milpitas/San Jose). He’s completely up front and straightforward with you, and won’t pressure you (I’ve definitely experienced the pushy real-estate agent in the past and he’s definitely not that). He also gives solid advice when putting together an offer and understands the current competitive market. He does have a very good understanding of value and what different properties are worth, which is definitely helpful in today’s market. He did a great job with us when it came to preparing the offer and taking us through the contract process and closing the transaction.

Sameer was referred to me by a co-worker. I have to say that I was very impress with how he handled my short sale. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone till final closing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and he’s negotiation skills were excellent. I have worked with agents in the pass and have never come across someone like Sameer he has displayed excellent customer service, honesty and was on top of everything.
