Plaza Nails

Owner is very rude! She does not acknowledge you at all! However this place is very clean and I had very good experiences with manicures and pedicures here. The nail technicians are very sweet and know what they are doing.
Besides the rude owner if you have a gel manicure done from another salon and you want to soak them off and get a regular manicure you will be charged an extra $ 5. First salon I ever had charge me for that and was told after they charged my credit card (it is also not displayed anywhere)

Not satisfied. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon with the intent of getting a basic gel manicure. The girl who did my nails was very patient with me as I went back and forth, deciding whether or not I should pick pink, red, or go for the bluer tones. She was sweet and patient and took her time showing me the colors on my nails and on hers. I decided on choosing a pink hue with a gold accent on my ring fingers.
The girl began painting my nails and curing on the polish, which we know can take some time. I didn’t have much time to sit around, so when she forgot to paint my accent nail gold, I couldn’t have her reverse it. Okay, not a big deal. I was more disappointed then than I ought to be, but I got over it.
I got my nails done last week before vacation and was hoping that they’d remain intact for my first day at my new job on Monday. However, almost all of the polish has chipped, and a few of my nails are broken.
Now, in the grand scheme of things, chipped and broken nails are far from catastrophic. But when I spend $ 30 on a manicure that is supposed to last a solid two weeks, I expect two weeks of fab looking nails. Not a few days.

Love this place for the gel manicure! There’s also a points program and you get free treatments depending on your points level. If you get the gel mani you get a, back massage during… Awesome! Only 4 stars because I want more massaging with my pedi :-)
