Very pleased with the service. I have been here a few times now and I have no complaints. They always make time for my gf and I even without an appointment. They are clean, friendly and very professional. They are located in the same shopping center as the Manhattan Bagel.

This place is horrible, I would give it negative stars and shut it down if I could. I took my family visiting from France here while we were in New Jersey. Walking in was not that bad, I asked if she had time for 5 people. I was the only one getting a full set, and others were getting mani pedis. The full set was incredibly expensive, and I tried to see if there was any lower priced option for I wanted. She finally agreed to glue tips on my nails… for $ 60(I should seriously rethink my day job). Anyhow, while she was taking care of me, she asked me what the others wanted, as they did not speak English. I clearly and concisely expressed to her my wishes, translating directly what they were saying. After she finished mutilating me and scraping whatever was left of my fingers off, she immediately tried to get to pay. We were ready to pay for the things I had agreed upon, and she starts to say that I asked TWICE for the more expensive«gel manicure», which I absolutely did not. By this point, I’m pretty infuriated by the lack of respect and total lack of skill and care this woman is exhibiting. She starts arguing with me, and I’ve got 4 different people from my family telling me that they didn’t want what they got, and that they had tried to ask several times. She starts pressuring me to pay, in a rude accusatory tone and I lose my shit and start YELLING at her, I have NEVER done this before. Anyways, she is a total bitch and you SHOULDNOT support this place in any way whatsoever. I was so flustered that I stormed out and went next door(great sushi place by the way), and my nails looked like complete SHIT.

Precious Nails exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I made an appointment for my wedding nails as well as 4 of my bridesmaids the week of the wedding. Saturday morning at 930 they had all of their employees on the clock waiting to assist each of us. There were some other customers who were also able to move in and out of the salon quickly while they were working on us. We all got manicures and pedicures, some gel and some regular. We received foot and calf massages as well as a very efficient nail jobs. My gel lasted all the way through my honeymoon just as desired. I highly recommend this place for quality, price, and customer service.

I should’ve known there was a catch for the cheap price I paid for my gel manicure. Not even a week later, 2 of my nails broke really far down. I’ve always got my natural nails done, and this has never happened. Not to mention, painful! When I went to get it fixed, the lady gave me an attitude. She also charged me $ 8 to fix one nail. On top of that, she didn’t do a good job. I will not be coming back!

I challenge you to find another salon that does color gels for $ 20. The price cannot be beat! Pedicures are great here, too. The owner is always very friendly to me and people who come in. Would highly recommend to anyone! Accepts CC’s, but tips in cash. That’s something I forget sometimes.

Worst experience of my life! I had called in the morning asking for three mani-pedi appointments. They told me no problem at to come in at 11:45. We got there a few minutes early and they didn’t take us until 12:10. I was getting my pedicure done by a man(eek) and he actually hurt me, he filed my toe nails down so far all my nail beds are exposed, everything is crooked, and the paint job sucks. As for my mani, the shape was awful have have ten different shaped fingers and i actually went for the gels $ 20(cheap for the area). and am so disappointed… BUT here is the kicker… so i paid $ 120 for horrible service, treated badly and when i paid the owner asked if we tipped everyone who serviced us(magically she could speak perfect english). I looked at her and said i tipped who i wanted, and i looked and said if there was something to tip for i would. I was so annoyed that the owner of the salon was asking and implying that i needed to tip. First off your the owner/proprietor so no need to tip you, and a tip is for doing a good job, not causing pain, and making my hand and feet look horrific. Avoid this place

I used to come here weekly for manicures and this was my go to place for pedicures — i always thought they did an okay job when cut and style my nails but the pedicure experience i would give 4.5 stars. The reason I stopped coming here was because of the owner. I came here on a Monday morning and I was the only one in there — I thought great, its going to be a relaxing manicure. I started off with one nail technician and then a customer came in requesting a manicure and pedicure — the owner told the nail technician working on me to go help the other guest and she started helping me(i didn’t mind because she is very skilled). As soon as she started working on me another lady walks in with a broken nail. At this point my manicure was rushed(usually they spend at least 10 minutes on my cuticles) she barely worked on them. My manicure which usually takes about 30 – 40 minutes, took 15 minutes. I was very upset at this, especially being a regular and that the place was NOT busy. I refuse to go back — and found two great spots to get my nails done — Nail Café in Little Falls or Imperial nails in Montclair

Best pedicure ever! If you’re looking for a spa like experience with milk, honey, hot stones, scrub, AND lotion for the exact same price anywhere else come here! It lasts like 30 – 40 minutes too — so if you’re in a rush, go somewhere else! Awesome service, good price, and a great sushi place next door. =)
