I followed Andrea from Shelton-​Saxe. She has a special hard wax and technique that makes bikini waxing barely painful. She is super friendly and makes the time pass quickly. She takes her time and doesn’t rush through the appointment like some chain places would. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for waxing, she’s the absolute best!

Andrea, who provides the waxing services here, is amazing. I’ve been going to her since she was at SheltonSaxe for Brazilian waxes and recently my brows, and I highly recommend her. Considering how personal Brazilian waxing is, Andrea makes me feel completely comfortable as she is such a sweet and friendly person. The wax she uses makes the procedure almost painless. I’ve gotten waxes at other places before, and definitely recommend this place over all the rest. The salon itself is charming and the front desk staff is always very courteous.

I went to Salon V for the first time in the fall and found my «hair haven!» My stylist, Aleeta, took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and put her unique twist on it! My coloring is 3 beautiful shades all pulling together to make my new fall ‘do! She even stayed later to give me a hair cut that I hadn’t originally booked. She was friendly and warm, made me feel like I had been going to that salon for years! I live in Stamford and will definitely take the drive to go back. Highly recommend!

Got a simple cut today and love it! I forgot the name of the girl who cut my hair but hopefully they have a database and will know for next time. She was professional and offered great advice on the cut and length.
Cut was $ 50 (included wash and blow dry). I think a great cut for $ 50 in this area was reasonable. Cash only for the tips.

The décor is very Soho-​esque and they offer a lot of services, including extensions, which they may have sold me on in the future. They’re also open late some nights, which is great because I don’t get home from work until 7. When I go here I actually feel like I get what I paid for.
