I used Spa facilities — very impressive. They retain an acupuncturist who trained in China and U.S. Guy is pretty amazing — he has loads of experience. Bought a package!

This hair salon is the best I’ve found since moving here 3 years ago. Elise is the best. She listened to what I wanted and delivered an awesome haircut and was very nice as was the front desk. They made me feel very important.

I am so happy to have found this place. After moving from NY I had been looking for someone I could trust with my curly and thick hair. Heather was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and made wonderful suggestions. She gave me a beautiful haircut and styled it perfectly. I recommend Heather to everyone. She is great! The prices are reasonable and worth every penny when you walk out with a great cut. I will definitely be returning!

I have been coming to this salon for years and will never go anywhere else. I get amazing waxing done by Darcey, my hair color by Dawn and amazing haircuts from Heather. They are pricey, but they are well trainer and well mannered. I’ve had a few issues with the front desk and their customer service skills but if you speak up they apologize profusely and make it up to you. I recommend them to everyone!

Total Look lacks customer service.
I have been coming to this salon a few times now and while the stylist who does my hair is very nice the rest of the staff borders on rude. The salon is quite expensive, which is fine, but I refuse to pay a lot of money for to be treated as something on the bottom of ones shoe.
The hair cut and color I received were good. My stylist is knowledgeable. However when she needs help her coworkers do not help her. I was left at the sink because people were too busy to wash me out. I was not the only one at the sinks waiting.
My quest for a good salon with good customer service continues!
