This review is primarily for Dennis.
The store has a nice display and variety. Dennis gives you the time and space that you need to look around. He is definitely low pressure sales. When you are ready to inquire he has a plethora of knowledge and a deep care for you as a customer.
He is a buyers dream, not pushy, not overbearing — he is the antithesis of a used car salesman. His fellow workers are also of similar demeanor in that they appear not be on commission and therefore exude an atmosphere for you to want to buy! More furniture stores, and all types of stores for that matter, should follow this stellar selling example.
Dennis gives the phrase «customer’s first» a more genuine meaning.
Would strongly recommend as well as return.

I just wanted to share a very positive experience I had dealing with this store, and specifically with Dennis and Felix. They have been great from the time we’ve entered the store all the way through purchase and service after the delivery. Our sofa got damaged during shipping and the store helped us come to a mutually acceptable resolution very quickly. They showed they cared deeply every step of the way, willing to spend time interfacing between the manufacturer and us, the customer. Their customer service is superb, and no one should hesitate shopping here.

Phenomenal furniture store sporting Schilig, Natuzzi, Niccoletti and others top brands. The sales team doesn’t pressure you and is highly knowledgeable about the product and how they are manufactured. The prices are also quite reasonable. I bought a Schilig piece years ago from Signature leather and have received one maintenance visit free to clean up some scuffs. Don’t bother with other high end stores or middle tier either.
