This is a great place. We had breasfast. Every thing was cooked to perfection. The pancakes are out of this world. Light and fuffy and taste so good. This is my official pancake stop now. The deserts are the best. Do yourself a favor. Instead if getting one to go. Get two. Your be glad you did. The owner takes care of you. Do not past this little gem up.

Great place to stop between Houston and Dallas, they have lots of good healthy options. JK — it’s mostly fries and sandwiches, but they do have some good salads. Bonus, they have great home made pies.

Like many people driving the 45 between Dallas and Houston, we found ourselves somewhat bereft of decent dining options. We stopped here in the early afternoon and seated ourselves at the encouragement of a couple servers. Our service was quick and friendly. As others have commented, there is a fairly large menu. We got the Patty melt, the Buffalo Joe, and the chicken salad. At under $ 6 each, there was great value and the portion sizes were fairly large. While we ate, we smelled the desserts cooking and they smelled tempting. However, we didn’t order any. What you think of this place has a lot to do with your expectations coming in. If you are seeking a gourmet meal, you are likely to be disappointed. But if you are looking for a diverse quality alternative to fast food, you will find it more than worth the stop.

Just had a very nice meal here on our way to Dallas. Chicken soup was home made and yummy. Burgers were fresh and huge. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Cute little place right next to the Chevron station.
