Annie At Your Service

I contacted Annie and she responded immediately. She did a quote on a Tuesday and came on a Friday and did an amazing job. Our place was disgusting and now it looks better than ever. Thank you to Annie & her team!

The predicted defensive response by the biz owner is typical of the ongoing experience I have had … always blaming me. RE: «I responded to your email about the damaged phone line and asked for a repair total so I could reimburse you and you didn’t even reply» … her reply was on ¹⁰⁄₂₀ — 7 days after I emailed her about it on ¹⁰⁄₁₃ and 4 days after I posted my photo it to Unilocal on ¹⁰⁄₁₆. Regarding «3 of them and they were there for 1 hour» … the 2 regular cleaners brought a new one who they were training — so I guess I paid $ 25 to train one of her new employees and was left with a dirty toilet etc as a result. I could post all of my requests not to touch surfaces (i.e. my desk etc) that have work projects on them and to please concentrate on deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen. And anyone with any sort of tech knowledge knows that all digital photos include information ingrained in them with the date and time they were taken — despite when they were uploaded, lol. In fact — screw it … I am going to post some photos taken right before they came to clean — judge for yourself whether my house has every surface covered in dishes, clothes and clutter preventing it from being cleaned! I also invite anyone to contact me directly to see proof of my experiences via additional emails & photos taken before & after every cleaning, and to come visit my home to see for yourself what an easy clean it is and decide whether this is the kind of relationship you want in your life.

I have been using Annie at Your Service for my house cleaning for over two years. I have had nothing but great experiences with Annie and all the lovely ladies who work for her. They are priced about the same as other cleaners in the area (I shopped around when I was looking).
They are friendly, flexible and do a great job cleaning. Annie is great with any requests (Do you want them to only use your special non-​toxic cleaning supplies that you bought at the International Space Station? Need to change days and times? No problem!) She always responds to texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. If there are ever any problems Annie makes sure to address them — just ask!
