Five Elements Spa

Found this place on groupon and decided to check out the reflexology session. Everyone there was very friendly and courteous, the location was very nice and relaxing, and prices can’t be beat. My foot massage was great, the chairs were reclined and cozy, they cover you with a blanket, and it it thoroughly enjoyable. Might try some of the other services next time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great Spa experience at really low costs! Location is on Pittsford-​Palmyra Rd a little up from Tops Plaza — pull onto Chardonnay Blvd and there is parking in the front and back of the office building that location is in. I will say that initially when I tried to make an appointment I called during regular hours, left a message and didn’t receive a return call. I called again and second time was easily able to make an appointment. Arrived on time and was brought right back to women’s locker room. No intake medical form or consent. The locker room is clean and amazing! They have several showers which have rainfall shower heads and body jets. They have shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, slippers, robes and towels. There is also a Sauna. Per website the showers and sauna are available for any spa services. Staff reminded me that I could use them even if I was just having the reflexology foot massage, but I they are meant for full body massages to wash off the oils.
There is a bit of a language barrier complicating communication but the woman who performed my 60 min Reflexology massage was very pleasant. There is no initial consultation — so if you need a more gentle massage, make sure you say something on arrival. They have separate massage rooms and the one I was in had 2 reclining chairs with ottomans, lights dimmed with light blocking curtains. VERY relaxing, comfortable chairs and ambiance. Foot reflexology starts with approx. 5 minute brief neck/​back massage with feet in hot bath. The rest of the time is spent on feet/​calves.
They have first time customer coupons available upon arriving and generally great deals for the overall experience. I will be returning and want to try those showers out!

Fabulous experience. Very clean and the environment is like a regular spa. Lockers and robes, private rooms — but the prices are great. $ 28 for a full one hour foot massage. Service was top notch. Would highly recommend. Plan to return soon.
