Management needs to reassess their priorities. Just now a manager literally interrupted me attempting to place my order to ask the cashier if she could cover some upcoming shifts. I had to stand there and wait while the two of them hashed this out right there at the cash register. I must have been visibly and/or audibly annoyed after a few minutes, because the eventually the manager looked up at me, said she was sorry, and then went right back to what she was doing with the cashier. I wish I were kidding. I won’t be back, ever — clearly they don’t care about that, though.

Fast service and consistently good food. Breads, meats, sweets always seem fresh and tasty. Sometimes the drive thru gets backed up at peak times, but even then moves fairly quickly. Have been a frequent guest and will continue to do so!

I had not been to a Panera in long time, and found myself wondering if I had perhaps been too rash in my decision to not patronize this place, and because this location was very convenient to the four other errands I was running, I stopped in to get some croissants for the weekend’s breakfast noshing. FAIL. While I could hear two employees(voices) talking(somewhere) I could not see them and they did nothing to come and greet me. No croissants in the bakery case, zero! Is this a bakery? They did have lots of lots of empty space though in that case and the bread selection was either heavily picked over or never refreshed. Perhaps they had had a massive run on their baked goods just moments before, doubtful. Having no one come out from the ethereal plane of unseen bakery associates, I was unable after three minutes to inquire about the possibility that they may have actual baked goods(croissants even?) hidden away in the recesses of the«bakery» so I left. I had boycotted Panera for over two years because another location totally screwed my order, handing me the wrong food in a drive through and then not correcting their error, and now yet another confirmation of Panera’s lack of a need to exist.

I generally LOVE Panera, but this one seems to suffer from poor management. In particular, I love Panera’s Asiago Bagle Breakfast sandwich. The only problem is that their panini maker(grill) has uneven heat resulting in BURNT sandwiches. I;ve complained about this several times(mostly via their«Panera Listens» site) yet the problem continues! Earlier this year I tried one of their new pastas — it also was disappointing(soggy pasta). I completed a on-line survey on the pastas and checked the box for them to contact me. Never happened! Seems as if the management just doesn’t care.

It’s a Panera, so it’s not like the food varies much from each different location. This one stands out to me for their awesome patio and the fact that they have a drive-through window. Also, they were handing out free cookies to people standing in line! That always wins me over … Unfortunately the salad I ordered was over-saturated with dressing. Much more than I have received at other Panera locations. Otherwise it was about the same as any other Panera. Hard to go wrong.

The new turkey cranberry panini is delicious if only they put some actual ingredients on the bread. I was extremely disappointed with my to-go sandwich. I did speak with the manager. He offered a refund and blamed corporate… saying they follow their guidelines. The turkey did not even cover the entire length of bread… nor did the cranberry or cheese spread and there was about 6 baby spinach leaves. Not worth $ 9.
