This dry cleaner was recommended by a friend of mine who lives in the area, and I frequently make the 20 min drive from Chili to Perinton just so I can have my clothes cleaned there. They’ve expertly cleaned a number of my clothes including my very intricate wedding gown, which I brought to them to clean following our destination wedding(where my husband and I took many photos in the ocean and sand)! Upon picking up the dress, you would have never even known it was out of the country let along out of the bag to be worn at all! No leftover sand, no chemical smell, and in perfect condition. I also just brought my beloved Burberry trench coat for the second time due to a very unfortunate pen mark that accidentally made its way across the back of the jacket, and you’d never know it ever happened! Thank heavens ! The owner and his team are also incredibly friendly and helpful and the price point is reasonable. I highly recommend this dry cleaner.

I’m a longtime customer here and love that they don’t use the nasty chemicals that are used by some other cleaners. I’m always pleased with the job they’ve done and think they have a convenient location and hours. They also offer free pick up and delivery.

I have been using this place four years more and I can’t say that they’ve kept up the high standards they started off with, now so long ago. Long term average 3.5 stars are falling. I still think they do the best cleaning in the area(there are at three other dry cleaners nearby that I have tried and no longer use). But they have been breaking a number of my dress shirts’ buttons recently which is really unhelpful. And a while back they lost five shirts, and while they offered to reimburse me the cost, they did eventually(two weeks later) find them as they had gotten misplaced somewhere. And while the owner, Todd, was, and has always been, super nice and helpful, it is the place’s own success that makes me think is the source of the slipping of service. I am figuring that it is like a lot of successful businesses, starts out with lots of attention and actual presence of the owner, customers get greeted by name, service is hyper-attentive, and all is great. The business does well, and the owner eventually brings on more staff and spends less time with the day to day business. The new staff(especially the present staff — yes I mean you: surly high school girl) doesn’t have the care or interest in the business and thus the service levels plummet from their prior heights. IMO the words: «you’re all set» is not an appropriate substitute for«thank you.» A couple of things that also fall flat are that they don’t give receipts and their prices aren’t posted anywhere, added to the fact that they take longer than they used to do the job, not terrible, usually within 2 – 3 days but they used to do a 24 hour turnaround. So you end up where you were four years ago looking for better options.

Todd, Sharon and their staff are the friendliest, conscientious small business I have ever done business with! They consistently go above and beyond to satisfy their customers’ needs.

I recently dropped off two dresses for dry cleaning. The first dress had two tomato-based food stains on it, while the other dress had a stain around the arms from a black sweater that had bled onto the white bodice. I wasn’t confident that they would be able to get out either stain, but they did a fantastic job. I was very happy with how both dresses turned out. The service was friendly and efficient.
