The Frame Shop has become my go-​to for framing in the Rochester area, mainly because the owner is friendly and willing to help you out if you really need it.
I’ve now had a few things framed here, but the icing on the cake was having a photo framed in less than 24 hours 2 days before Thanksgiving. I needed it framed for a friend’s birthday and he had no problem making sure it was done. Because of this, he has my business for life.
The shop also does a great job of going over any and all options, as opposed to most frame shops that try and make sure they make the most money off you whenever possible. I really appreciated being told the easiest way to save a few bucks that wouldn’t really change the appearance of my piece. I’ll gladly recommend this place to friends and family in need of a frame shop.
