My daughter and I call this our«happy place» as the food and the service are always good.

Pretty standard Chili’s. Points deducted for having old food on some of our silverware, that’s pretty gross. Food was decent. Pleasantly surprised by the cheddar cheese bites. It was my first time trying them and they, along with the Southwest Eggrolls and chicken crispers were good appetizers. The rest was, again, standard. Give it a go if you like Chili’s. This would be three stars w/o the leftover food.

I like Chili’s, but this particular branch was not the greatest. The table was a little gunky, and the restaurant didn’t smell good. It had an almost stale and chemical smell. The little Kiosk you pay with at the table was sticky too. The food was ok. Honestly, I don’t think I will go back.

Went there for dinner. Chicken quesodillas and chicken enchiladas and cheese queso with chips and salsa. Not even an hour later and we are both in the restroom getting sick. Horrible. I want a refund.

I’ll start off by saying as a business owner I hate leaving negative reviews but sadly this one is well deserved. It was Monday afternoon about 3pm and the place was not busy at all. It started with a 3 minute wait for the hostess to see our party of 4 and to seat us and then she was going to seat us in the bar even though we have a 4 year old! The waiter was quick to ask what we wanted to drink and then took forever to bring them and was pushy when it came to taking our order. I asked the manager if I could change my order to something smaller from the ribeye to fajitas and he told me they had already started on it(this was a minute later) I told him never mind and I would just keep it the same in effort to not waste it. Well the steak came out burnt on one side and still cold and slimy in the middle(it was suppose to be medium) my step son ordered the salmon and it was also burnt on one side enough where he couldn’t even cut through it. The manager was pissy about replacing both but did and the sad thing is when the second dish of fish came out it was almost the exact same way. Drinks were slow to refilled and it took forever to get the check oh and they require you to pay using the ziosk table side tablet which I don’t feel comfortable with being it is wireless but it is nice to be able to leave a feedback directly table side on your experience which of course I did. I have dined here many of times over the last 15 years and the last 5 years it has slowly gotten worse. I will not be visiting again and doubtful if I visit any of this chain again. Suggestions to management of this establishment are to treat your customers better, be polite and don’t make them feel as if they are an inconvenience…

A couple of weeks has gone by and still no coupon for chilies screw up. Guess I will not be going back. A word of advise: before you pay make sure you are not charge 2.59 for a water. My friend was charged 4 dollars for playing a game he did not play on their little mobile pay thing. Our party of 6 is going to let everyone know no to go back.

They recently updated this chilis on the outside but didn’t do much to the inside. Recommend: raspberry ice tea with extra syrup. Chips and queso as appetizer, quesadilla explosion salad. Cake with ice cream dessert.

Me and my son came to have lunch we were seated and sat for 10 min before I went and asked the hostess for a server to at least get drinks ordered Clearly they don’t work as a team because 3 other servers were rolling silverware and just staring at us must be very difficult to help a fellow team member out an it’s not busy at all I work in the industry and I’m usually very understanding The server then comes over and apologizes and said we snuck in on her um no we did not I have been sitting for 10 min while at least 6 other employees have passed me but we shall see Apps came out very fast But if your in a hurry I would definitely go some where else

I wil admit I go to Chilis more than i want to admit. I signed up for the e-mail club and I constantly get coupons for free apps, desserts, or a kids meal sent to me. My new go to menu item would be the enchiladas. I am not a fan of the beans they serve with them. I usually swap out another side option. I do like the sandwiches and fries. Also, the southwest rolls are a good starter. I know I will be back.

I am a big supporter of reading Unilocal reviews to gauge a restaurant quality before I order. In case of this«Chili’s» the reviews were terrible with a couple 5 star ratings. Our experience was not bad at all. Our party of 16 walked in the door at noon on a Sunday and only waited twenty minutes to be seated. Our server Natasha was great. She delivered drinks the appetizers promptly. Our food came out in a sufficient amount of time and our order was delivered accurately. The food was nothing to write home about, but it was good for Chain Quality Mass Produced food. The Fajitas I ordered were good. Portion size was large and flavor was average. My wife ordered the Margherita Bowl and she loved it. Everyone in our party(children to grandparents) were all pleased. The experience in full can be summed up to a nice Sunday afternoon meal with Family.

let’s start with my kids love coming here to eat because the little computers on the tables. Visited Saturday to have lunch with family and ordered the sampler for my meal. Two out of the three items were horrible. The chicken crisper were mushy and not edible and the spinach artichoke dip had no flavor at all. The saving grace on my plate was the south west egg rolls and the are frozen so it was disappointing overall. I informed my server and even showed her the chicken which she said shouldn’t be that way but still paid for it. probably won’t be back any time soon.

I was traveling, we love the Chili’s at home, and my granddaughters wanted to go here, sounded good by me. But they needed to get control of the kitchen. We were near enough to hear yelling going on, things weren’t going well, our food took much too long. Then when delivered to the table spilled fries to the floor, they brought another order right away to fix that — but left the spilled ones on the floor for us and others to step in or step over, what? The food was good though, I had one of the Mex chicken salads, there was a nice spicy kick to the sauce.

Chilis has made huge improvements. I never used to be a fan, but they have officially won me over. Delicious food, courteous and fast service, generous portions, and comfortable atmosphere. My mom, her best friend, and I went a few weeks ago for lunch. We ordered an app to share(the pretzels) and ohhhhhh my goodness. My Mom’s lunch special came with bottomless chips and salsa(and I highly recommend getting a side of ranch with them, too; they even mention doing so on the menu). Needless to say, by the time we noshed on apps, our meals came and we were full. No refills on chips and didn’t finish the pretzels but we were all ready to be rolled home! I ordered a straight up indulgence meal of a buffalo chicken sandwich and a side of their Mac and cheese. It was worth every horrendous calorie. Problem was, I made two meals out of my entrée. Wait, is that a problem?! Ate my Mac and cheese and that was all she wrote. My only tiny complaint was that there was a cold pocket in my Mac. It wasn’t big and I understand it’s a type of side that will be likely premade. But it was one of the last bites so I didn’t mention it. I didn’t even touch my sandwich until dinner time… which was late because we were full for so long. Let me tell you though – one of the best buffalo chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had, and I’m a buffalo junkie. The waitress was prompt and we never asked for a refill. That’s one thing that can guarantee a nice tip. She even offered to-go cups for our drinks and saw wed were never going to finish our meals and brought us plenty of to-go boxes. She had 3 other tables at this time, but she was totally on top of her game. We were greeted upon entered and thanked for coming upon leaving. Chilis has certainly stepped up their game.

For a chain restaurant this was the best experience ever! Food was delicious, our server(T-Bone *Teresa*) was great, attentive but not hovering. This was a date night that was long overdone and the experience was outstanding. Will definitely be back, and will ask for T-Bone!

There’s not a whole lot I can say. It’s a Chili’s restaurant. They’re really the same in most towns. The service was mediocre the food was the same but the kids like it so we go anyway. It’s not a high-class place but overall it gets the job done.

Totally disappointed with the service tonight. Our server spend a lifetime around the bar doing general cleanup and barback work. She didn’t pay the atypical amount of attention to our needs(refills and general swing bys). Our food not only came out incorrectly(wrong table) but also 25 minutes past the usual time frame of 30 – 35 minutes. We had to wait nearly an hour, to eat; if this was say the dinner rush hour or they were totally filled up I could see this being a legitimate excuse. Instead this was just sloppy service by the wait staff all around. It seemed like they just didn’t care that they had a nearly empty place.(Two Stars for«sucktacular service» from this shift, minimum tip). In comparison on our next trip to the same restaurant; our hostess and server was continually swinging by on a 3 – 5 minute cycle, even if we didn’t need anything. Our drinks and appetizers were brought out inside of 15 minutes after we sat down and ordered. Our meal was delivered at the 25 minute mark with a nearly as empty level of customers.(Four Stars: for good service and got a generous tip). Which is why I’ve give this place a 3 star rating overall.

I don’t know what it is with these chain restaurants but they are all the same. The wait staff don’t listen and the food is not appetizing. I opted for the jalapeño burger. It was nothing special. You can probably get a better burger at Hardees. I ordered it without any onions and lettuce but our waitress didn’t listen and it came out with everything on it. I asked her for a another bun because I didn’t want to send it back to risk having my burger come back with something extra. Our waitress then disappeared. We ended up using the kiosk on the table to pay our bill. My wife and I were completely dissatisfied with our meal. We won’t be back.

This is the 4th time that I’ve been here, mainly because my husband loves Chilis and is convinced that this one is bound to improve at some point. Wrong. This place has to have bad management because every time we have went we had a different server and they all are horrible. Forgetting things, no asking if we want more to drink, waiting forever for our bill, etc. The food has been ok. I mean you can’t mess up a chain restaurant menu too much right? I wasn’t happy though when my food came out cold. Nothing is worse than cold ribs. Yum… Not.

My husband and I frequently eat out and have found that there are some places that are just not worth eating at… where we sit there thinking… «I’d rather have gone down the street to Qdoba… or… even :gasp: Chipotle next door… than to eat here. This restaurant is seriously… A. Lacking in customer service. The waitress was not that nice and not that knowledgeable about what she was bringing to our table and she spoke in this dreadful monotone voice. Think Charlie Brown teacher voice except deeper. She wasn’t very nice when we switched tables because the other pub style table was too close to the walk way and I didn’t want to be bumped around by passers by. The table we moved to was sticky and I just asked… «Would you please wipe this down? Thanks!» and she said«I was going to before you sat there…» B. Knowledge of their menu in the kitchen. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Wrap… they left out the tortilla strips that were supposed to be inside, filled the thing down with chunky tomato salsa and HUGE chunks of unripened avocado… nearly impossible to bite down on. They were missing several ingredients in the wrap and I was too pissed to say anything. The bill ended up coming out to be over 40 dollars… two entrees, two drinks… period. It was ridiculous and not worth it, would rather of had Chipotle next door or gone across the intersection to Red Robin thats how unimpressed I was. Won’t be going back.
