Three times at 3 am I stop here and I get the same message«we are closed for 10 minutes due to a computer problem«what kind of software do you guys run here Windows ME. I checked the front area and seen people lounging around. Fourth time I come here and ask for a breakfast burrito. Their response: We don’t have them until 2 am, unless I can’t read good and went to the Derek Zoolander School the sign says«All day breakfast» not all day except at 1 am. This place needs help big time. McDonalds Corporate needs to investigate this place.

McDonald’s is Mc Donald’s few are any different from each other. Most don’t care they have a captive audience so they don’t worry. Needs clean and staff needs to learn what customer service really is

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. They’re consistently slow. What is the point of the drive through if every other time I come I have to pull up to one of the parking spaces to wait fifteen minutes for my food? I’m not sure if they’re understaffed consistently or I’ll trained. Depending on what time you go, your burger will be cold when you open it. And what makes this all more irritating is that the teenagers who are the main staff there mumble, are short, and don’t really seem like they know what customer service is. On multiple occasions their coffee machine was down also. From now on I’ll just be driving up to Hwy 50’s location near Walmart, if at all.

Notwithstanding the poor reviews on Unilocal for this McDonald’s, things must be changing. While they get a B– for order delivery performance, they get an A+ for customer service and an A for taste and temperature of food. Here’s my story: We stopped for a quick breakfast at this McDonald’s near the Interstate. It was jam packed. They ran out of hash browns and asked us to sit at a table and they would deliver a fresh order momentarily. One of our three breakfast sandwiches was delivered incorrectly and was reported. We were was able to get a new sandwich and the promised potatoes. Everything was piping hot. Halfway through our breakfast, the restaurant manager stopped by our table to apologize that they were not on their game that morning. She handed us 3 coupons for a free meal of our choice the next time we felt like McDonald’s. This gesture and her kind words turned a disappointment into a memorable and positive experience. It was clear that for whatever reason they missed the mark on the orders, she was on top of the issue without receiving a complaint and was determined to please her customer. NOTETOFRANCHISEOWNER: You have a gem of a GM at this McDonald’s. Treasure her!

This place has a huge employee and manager problem. There were employees up front who weren’t caring to work just lazing around. The manager was trying to expedite orders but was obvious he was not real familiar with how things should work ley alone have the ability to take control and make his employees work

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. The service is horrible, the food is not always hot and fresh, & the wait is outrageous. Two cars in the drive thru and they still make me pull up and have some one bring it out to me. Even the supervisor moves slow and showed no interest in giving me what I want. I actually had to get out my car, go in and get my food. I was late to work fooling with them. Poor service!
