Run, do not walk away from gross, disgusting nasty hotel. Staff knowingly put us on the 3rd floor where they were well aware that they had a bug problem. 3 of our 5 rooms had what they called stinky bugs, gross white bugs crawling all over. Right up to the GM they were very unaccommodating everyone had the brush off attitude. Never ever again.

The only ‘comforting’ factor of this stay is that checkout is tomorrow. Carpets are absolutely filthy while an odor exists that would make a zombie feel right at home. They have fairly nice jacuzzi bathtubs. I even attempted to take advantage of the sweet jacuzzi. Unfortunately, once turned on a nasty sludge oozed out of the jets; while I was in it!!! This is my first and last time at this hotel chain. Gross!

no cups at water cooler. Manager said she would put some cups out but didn’t. Had to buy bottled water. Pool was first. Towels were size of hand towels. Pool green and dirty. Carpet dirty in stairwell. breakfast was disappointing. Had no bacon only sausage. Big difference from our last visit which was five star. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Great rates & a terrific staff. They work diligently to accommodate your needs to make your stay enjoyable. It’s an added bonus that this hotel is centrally located to shopping, entertainment & food.
