The first time I went to Hooters was last Friday. I dropped my wife off at the mall and I did not feel like shopping that day. Beer was great, the wings was a little greasy and the taste well, it was okay. Next time I will ask for more paper napkins to go under the chicken to drain the grease. Good place to watch sports while the wife is shopping.

I hadn’t been to a Hooters in years. I ordered a buffalo chicken strip salad with blue cheese dressing. It was just fine but nothing out of the ordinary. The best thing they have going here is that the wing sauces and salad dressings are very good. Everything else is just mediocre. The two men I had lunch with felt exactly the same way. I’ll be back in another 5+ years after I forget how other than the waitresses all the men gawk at it’s just your basic institutional chain restaurant.

Hot women, hot food. Nuff said. I must say, having been to tons of Hooters in the continental US, this one ranks at the top for beautiful women, even besting those on the east and west coasts, in my view. I’ll toast to that.

It’s Hooters. ‘Nuf said. Boobs Beer. «Meh», to both. Only went there because I needed to kill 45 minutes, just left Best Buy and wanted a beer. Had to ask why wifi wasn’t working, and they got it going… in 15 – 20 mins?

Place was not very busy. Lots of trash on the tables outside. The waitress Amanda was very attentive and good at her job. The food was hot and awesome. Though I only got 9 wings instead of 10. I noticed too late to say anything. We go here at least once a month and we enjoy their food.

Food is always good. love daytona beach wings. the service today was terrible. i understand they are busy when the game is on but the girl kept passing by us while she was checking the table next to us. waited 20 minutes to get the check. ordered another lemonade with the meal and never came until we got the check. sigh…

First time at a Hooter’s. I have to say it wasn’t half bad, and considering we only went there because it was the only thing open at the time I was impressed with the food. The apps were half off and were probably one of the best half off app deals I’ve seen at a chain. The sliders were good, and the nachos were huge and fresh. All in all, I was impressed.

It’s just weird. And the food is not good. I guess worth it to say you’ve been? In all seriousness, WHATEVERYOUDO, DONOTGETTHECAJUNWINGS. Tasted like they’d been soaked in «petroleum» and/or «dirty water». Two stars is for the great diaper changing station in the women’s restroom. Otherwise this would’ve been one star. Also, full disclosure, we after here b/c we were on an 8 hour road trip on Labor Day and everywhere else was closed.

Host wasn’t the friendliest but our waitress was better. Place was a little dirty and it wasn’t because of the renovations going on. Sat next to the window that looks out to the parking lot and the whole hour+ I was there, the outside tables were never cleaned off. Leftover food, drinks, and trash were on three of the four outside tables. Nothing was removed until some customers asked to sit outside. Food was ok.

You can definitely tell this chicken is never frozen. I love wings, and these are some of the best just because they’re so fresh. The sauces aren’t my favorite, but they’ll do. Service is always with a smile although they seem to get a little off track sometimes, especially at lunch. At dinner the waitresses«flirt» with my three young sons(all under 8) and make them laugh and feel welcomed send them home with helium-filled balloons. This place is always loud which is great if you have kids that are always loud, too, since they just end up blending into the noise. The bill always ends up being a little higher than I feel it could/should be, but I keep going back for more.

Our waitress ignored us pretty much the entire time we were here but the wings were good.

Foods nothing great. Service is mostly nonexistent. I swear I was sitting next to a serial rapist at the bar.

I have been to a much better Hooters, that would be the one in Destin, FL where I lived before moving out here. We were looking forward to some good food. Unfortunately, this did not live up to my previous experience and standards. Our waitress did not pay much attention to our table. It took about 30 minutes to get our food from the time we placed our order. At least 30 minutes. Upon receiving the food and excited to try something else, I was sorely disappointed, It was way over cooked and not worth eating. I had heard something about the owner being very lax. It appeared that way. I would have preferred a bit more attention to our table and food. I am sure we will be back. I know my boyfriend went back a couple of weeks ago on his own. It did sound like service was about the same. Though I have found ShowMe’s to a good place for wings as well.

Been to one Hooters you’ve pretty much been to them all! The food is decent. The beer selection is good and always cold. The sights, always appealing. What distinguishes one Hooters from any other, is usually the ambiance, the attitude and the overall management. The Fairview Heights Hooters is well managed and is constantly running events that reflect the locale! This is not a place to be if you’re not a Cardinals fan! However, that being said, if there’s one thing I absolutely hate about this Hooters is, they claim to be home of the 618(area code) Dallas Cowboys Fan Club! Not a big fan of the Cowboys, so I don’t go near this place on Sundays/Mondays when Dallas is playing. This used to be one of the smallest Hooters in the chain. A number of years ago, they purchased the property next door, knocked out walls and expanded the joint. In the additional room they gained, almost every usable inch of every wall is covered with a flat screen television. With their satellite connection, it makes this Hooters a great place to catch sports of literally any venue! A couple of years ago, in response to the explosion of wing-specialty joints, Hooters reengineered their menu, adding a few items, but most importantly, adding new wing flavors! The usual sauces are still there, but a few new ones, such as the Garlic Parmesan, and the Lemon Pepper are real nice additions! They have a great beer selection to wash the hot wings down with! The beer is always served ice-cold, and by a beautiful young lady with a smile on her face. Geez, what more can a man ask for??? If I had anything negative to say about this(and most other Hooter’s for that matter), is their rest rooms are so poorly cared for and maintained! I have a difficult time giving high ratings to any establishment that doesn’t care enough about their customers to at least make an effort to present a clean rest room! I doubt the men’s room in this Hooter’s sees more than a once-a-week cleaning! If you ever want that fourth or fifth star from me, you need to do a lot better in this category! The pretty girls only carry so much weight, and not enough to overcome your disgusting rest rooms!

I used to come here quite often for their Wednesday lunch special when I worked nearby. This is the first time I’ve been back in well over a year now and was happy to see that they still had their special. I dropped in with some coworkers to watch the end of the USA vs. France World Cup game. I arrived after my friends but put my order in and it was brought out rather quickly. One of my friends was not so lucky however, needless to say his order was lost so he received his food quite a bit later. The manager on staff comp’d his meal though so I thought that was fair. I ordered the lunch special with their three mile sauce. The lunch special consists of 10 boneless wings and fries for $ 5.99. That’s pretty good considering that normally just 10 boneless wings costs a couple bucks more. They were cooked just right and had the right amount of sauce on them. My only gripe is that they charge $ 2.49 for a soft drink. I don’t understand why restaurants are charging so much for a fountain drink. I can go to a local gas station and get a 44oz fountain drink for $.75 with tax. So why do restaurants change you 3X that for your drink with your meal. They also charge that for iced tea. Now that to me is crazy as all you need is water and tea bags. Anyway, I won’t be back anytime soon, but that has nothing to do with the food or the service I’ve always received at this Hooters.

Good greasy bar staples like wings and appetizers done consistently. The crab legs are probably the best value on the menu. Generally the seafood tends to be better here than the wings. I’ve been missing the oysters though since the Gulf situation started. While they have a lot of TVs, somehow it is still possible to not have a good view of any of them from a lot of seats here so if you really want to watch a game it is something to take into consideration.

The Hooters Restaurant in Fairview Heights has set a new low, and after reaching rock bottom, has begun to dig. How hard is it to cook an unbreaded, well done chicken wing? Apparently for the kitchen staff at the Fairview Heights Hooters, it’s an insurmountable task. For the third time in as many visits, they have failed to cook my requested dish of chicken wings the way I requested them to be cooked. One would think that Hooters could manage to cook an order of their SIGNATUREDISH properly, but that would not be the case. Each time I have visited Hooters, I have ordered the same thing – unbreaded well-done wings. Each time the same thing has happened – the first order of wings(after a 20 minute wait) comes out with breading, and then the second time(after sending the first order back because I ordered them naked since I don’t like greasy fried breading) after I make the identical order, I receive unbreaded and UNDERCOOKED wings. Each time I waited FORTYMINUTES and left without getting anything to eat. I cannot put into words how incompetent the waitstaff or the kitchen or both has to be in order to screw up the IDENTICAL order TWICEIN A ROW on the same visit and have this happen on THREESEPARATEVISITSIN A ROW. I have never seen such incompetence at any restaurant INMYLIFE and for this to happen REPEATEDLY on THREESEPARATEVISITS is simply beyond the pale. Chicken wings are Hooter’s SIGNATUREDISH. If they can do nothing else, they SHOULD be able to manage to cook a batch of unbreaded well-done wings yet they have failed to do this SIXCONSECUTIVETIMES. It’s not a complicated thing and if they can’t master something this simple, then they should really close the restaurant and try something they could succeed at doing – such as playing with their lower lips or walking and chewing gum at the same time. I will NEVER go back to Hooters again – I don’t know if their wings are good or bad because I’ve never gotten to eat any of them. So, to the siliconed and nubile waitstaff I offer this advice: Write down the order and to the imbecile in the do-rag I advise him to READ the order. This could possibly result in my actually getting something to eat although I’m not holding my breath.
