Imo’s Pizza

Wow, the service at this location is a joke. We have also been over charged at this location. I don’t trust their employees, and they certainly won’t be getting our business. All of the employees are rude, and have no customer service skills. They don’t give a crap and aren’t afraid to show it. This sucks, because I love their food, but this location falls short of even the most simple tasks. NO THANK YOU

Imo’s has the best vegetarian pizza I’ve had yet. If you have a pulse you will like Imo’s pizza. The Provel cheese and cracker crust make this a one-​of-​a-​kind experience that everyone must try. They also feature a very tasty salad with the same cheese, and an awesome house dressing-​not to mention the St. Louis favorite– toasted raviolis. The small extra cost is justified due to the unique product they offer. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This Imos will swipe your card twice for a single purchase and give you the run around about getting your money back. Its very inconvenient to have to drive back and forth to the restaurant talking to managers over the phone who seem to not care about how much of a inconvenience it is for you to waste gas traveling back to the store, printing out bank account information and using your printer paper and ink to show verification to them that you were charged twice for one order. Then they wont even offer you a free drink or courtesy meal for your inconvenience. If you are military and use USAA they say that there system does this all the time so I would advise all military personnel that use USAA not to swipe your card at this Imos unless you have time, gas, paper, and a printer and ink to waste trying to fix their error!!!

I really like thin crust pizza, so Imo’s is great to me! I got the veggie pizza last time! The dining area doesn’t match up to the taste though.

Ehhh. This location alway fails! They’re much pricey than other imo’s locations. I prefer the one in Belleville. For some reason Belleville makes it a lot better, have better deals, and they’re super friendly. Not this location.

I’ve tried pizzas all over the U. S…hundreds and hundreds, maybe a thousand pizza places. The very best pizza I have found is IMO’s Pizza in O’Fallon. Try a sausage and bacon pizza with lite sauce and extra cheese… wonderful.

Out of all the imos. This one suck big time. No matter who’s the manager. Cahokia was even better than this one. No customer service just sucks.

Hmm, I don’t know what all these other yahoos are whining about, but St. Louis style pizza is supposed to have a thin hard crust, duh! That’s what makes it unique. Me and my family ate here and they said it was the best pizza they ever tasted.

The original St. Louis style pizza just can’t be beat.

I love me some cardboard thin crust pizza! The pizza has just the right taste of spices and cheese. Most the time we ordered and took the pizza with us. A few times we ate at the restaurant. The place is small inside, but they do most of their business by delivery or drive thru, A really good St. Louis style pizza!

Imo’s has the best pizza in the universe. Take a thin crust, add some kind of special cheese, bacon and ground beef and you get HEAVEN. I adore thin crust pizza, and this one is just perfect for me.
The salads are to die for. Even my brother wants the Imo’s salad – it is fresh and just delicious! The salad dressing just makes it!
Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. If in the St. Louis area you can’t pass this up!
