Our customer service was great. The products were clearly overpriced. It’s about the quality but the quality wasn’t there.

I ventured here today to see if there was anything cute on sale. I was specifically looking for placemats or a dining room table runner. I showed up a few minutes before they opened, but an employee saw me outside and unlocked the door. She was cheerful and not at all perturbed at having to let me in. She helped direct me to the placemats and runners and also let me know what was on sale.
Pier 1 usually has super adorable items that I like (owls, elephants, trees, wooden things), but the major downside is the price. Things are just so stinking expensive here! I rarely buy anything that’s not on sale.
Today, I didn’t find anything that fit my taste and budget, so I left empty handed. However, I have a good impression of the store because of the customer service.
If you like decorating your house and have lots of money to spend on trendy items, stop by!

I visited this Pier 1 last week and was not impressed. It is a small store and the selection was limited. The staff was friendly, so I would definitely come back to look again, but they need to liven up their offerings a bit. Hopefully they’ll have more at the next season’s rotation.
