Celebrated my birthday at Longhorn last night :) calamari appetizer was awesome! My husband enjoyed his burger and I loved my steak. Will definitely go back!

My wife and I have eaten here twice in the last 30 days. On both occasions we were very satisfied with both the food quality as well as the service. We felt we received excellent value as well as a relaxing atmosphere. This has become our «go to» steak house in Fairview Heights. We recommend it and will return.

The steaks were great. The server was very attentive. We also had shrimp which was very good as well. The ambiance was also good. We would definitely return should we happen to be in this area again.

My kids choice of restaurants. We were greeted with a friendly smile and seated quickly. Our waitress did not disappoint. She was there when needed but not checking in too much. Restaurant was clean and temperature comfortable.
I ordered the special. Sirloin steak with a salad, one side, and an appetizer for $ 12.99. Really? Was reluctant at the cost but Steak was very tender, hot and delicious.
The manager made a friendly stop to check on us. That doesn’t happen very often. Will definitely go back to this Longhorn.
After reading reviews can’t wait to go back and try the Parmesan chicken.

Ok I did not order steak which should take some points off of my score but I don’t get a grade here.
I ordered the Salmon Ceasar Salad which was fantastic! The lettuce was crisp and the salad was large. The salad had a generous piece of salmon. The croutons were awesome! I followed it up with a nice crisp glass of red.
I was eating alone between appointments and was super impressed with the waitress. She was friendly and didn’t over or under visit my table. She was also nice enough to fill my to go cup with iced tea.

always great you can tell the management cares and it shows in the staff and how they care and perform. my food is always great and if its not they make it right no problems very good staff.

Such a great place for a steak and salad. If it’s busy head to the bar you can still order food. Bartenders are so nice.

Pretty good. Our fourth time in two months. Love the steaks. Cooked the way I like. I only sent it back once out the 13 times I’ve been here. Steak steak and more steak.

Over all experience was good but that was mainly because of our attentive waitress. There were 6 of us total for dinner on a Sunday afternoon. The hostess seating us was not the most pleasant hostess. We requested a table, she stated there were no tables available but they had a corner booth that the table could move and we could set a chair at the end of the table if we wanted. Her tone was quite direct and it felt like we inconveniencing her. With us sitting in the corner booth it meant every time someone wanted to walk by my husband had to stand to let them pass. When the waitress came to the table she could tell we were uncomfortable crammed around this tiny booth. She asked if the hostess said how long it would be for a table since we specified we wanted a table and that wasn’t even given as an option. She suggested a slightly bigger booth at the other end. Which was a lot better. She was very attentive and she took really good care of us. She must have said something to the manager because he came by to say that we could call ahead for a table next time. The thing was I only went there because I had a gift card. I can say we will probably return with just my hubby and I. This place cannot accommodate larger than groups of 4 very well. This is due to their dining set up. Also if someone has a bad knee I would not suggest it either. They really need to rethink their dining room arrangement. All in all Caitlyn is amazing and a very unique and attentive waitress with an awesome personality.

The manager on duty is the best manager we have came across. He personally came out to thank us as well as took our plates. He has been out talking to everyone and we appreciate that. That is what customer service is about. Our meal was so good. We ordered the sirloin steak entrée and an appetizer. It was great. Our server was Alex and she was very sweet. Keep up the customer service Alex and Longhorn keep up the exquisite service. Your in a lane all by yourselves!!!

Saturday night and a party of 15 people sounds like a recipe for disaster right? If I was only reviewing service it would have been 5 stars easily, our server was great. Unfortunately the food was not as great. The bread and salads were very enjoyable the probable was the steaks. several people had their steaks cooked to the wrong temp. this bothers me since we picked a steak restaurant. I know it’s not possible to get everyone right all the time but more than three wrong is an epic fail in my book. with that being said I would try it again maybe on a slower night.

The only reason this is not getting 5 stars is because its well a longhorn. However, the service deserved it. The food was outstanding. I was really shocked on how nice and personable everyone was. The food was flavored to perfection. The only not so perfect was the lettuce in the salad. (Garden salads tend to be this way). Just really impressed. Its the first decent meal we have had here, since moving to the area.

I went here with my husband and we didn’t like it. The service was slow. They didn’t bring out the bread until our food was ready. This made the meal hard to enjoy. We decided to try it again and I’m glad we did. No steak can replace Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, but this is the first place that has come remotely close. The steak was well seasoned, didn’t need A-​1, good portion, decent price. Sides were decent, I don’t recommend the corn fritters though. The staff was super nice. My little one was super fussy and they brought out cookies to try and calm her down.

I took my mother here yesterday and after trying several places that were obviously all packed being mothers day, they too were packed but got us in very quickly! Despite being absolutely busy, they gave us friendly fast service and our server was outstanding as well!

We sat down and the waiter was right with us. Got us drinks he was very pleasant. Good waiter. I have ate here several times in the past and it seems like I will get good food about 4 out of 5 times I’m there. I ordered the 8 oz Filet and it was cooked perfect and tasted great but there is no way it was more then 5 oz’s. I’m not sure if they grabbed the wrong one or what. Management and staff are always great but need to be more consistent with the food.

WOW! Great steak at a great price. You might be able to tell from some of my reviews of other places in St. Louis, I enjoy «finer» dining establishment that boast a chef and a daily menu. For me, these places are where you will find your culinary masterpieces and you know when you say medium it come out medium.
That fact aside, this place served a mean filet mignon! I will admit that the service was average but the steak was perfect. I generally order my steak medium; however, in a place like Longhorn, I know better so I went medium-​well and it came out a perfect medium. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Also the baked sweet potato was amazing!
Overall great steak and great dinner with my wiofe without traveling into downtown STL.

My friend decided to meet me at Longhorn for dinner. for a friday night they were not that busy. I got a black and blue margarita while I waited. It was very good. I would have drank another if it was $ 10.
next, I ordered the chips and dip. Homemade tater chips with spicy ranch dip. I also a steak with bacon cheese and an egg. the bacon had an odd taste to it. It tasted like it was old. I did not finish my mac and cheese. It tasted good, but not as good as i had hoped. I ordered a blackberry tea and it was way too sweet.
the prices are expensive to me for what you actually get. I guess that is why I have only been to Longhorn’s 3 – 4 times since they came to the area.
food was ok. service was ok. overall OK.

Not a big steak eater, but they look good. i went for the Parmesan crusted chicken. Two chicken breast covered in all that Parmesan and cheese is amazing. If you go here and love chicken like I do… Try it and you will love it.

It was a really busy day and yet our server was attentive and prompt! Unlike our bartender (we sat at the bar while waiting for a table) who didn’t even get my drink out on time.
I remember being luke warm about this place. I have a higher opinion now though! Their mashed potatoes were so buttery and yum yum. And the rainbow trout was just perfect. I finished the meal with a hunk of New York style cheesecake doused in strawberry sauce. From start to finish everything was impressive. :) My belly was very happy that day.
