Friendly staff. Best tenderloin ever! Very fair price for what they offer. Nice ambiance

I went here for my 21st birthday after making a reservation earlier that day. It was absolutely wonderful the filet minion was perfectly cooked and if your looking for a good drink i personally recommend the amaretto sour. As i had several along with a lemon drop drink(dont remember the exact name but that one was personally a bit too bitter to side with such a well seasoned and cooked steak. Overall great night id definitely go again in a heartbeat. Put on some nice clothes and get goin! Its worth it!

I gave this fantastic restaurant a five star rating not only for the quality of the food; but, the cleanliness, service, friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff was in itself a reason to return. The Seabass with Mango Sauce is by far one of the best in the metro area. Cooked to perfection w/mango sauce on top and it flaked to perfection. The Prime Rib is well worth the money. Perfectly cooked medium rare with the horseradish sauce on the side is to die for. If horseradish sauce isn’t your thing, get it au jus. Either way, you won’t be disappointed. You also can’t go wrong with the steaks. OMG, they can melt in your mouth… Not to be slighted is the bar. They have some of the better drinks in the area. I’ve never had a bad martini there. I don’t even know if that is a thing. They can make anything. This fabulous restaurant, in my opinion, is one of the best high quality restaurants in the St Louis metro area. Five dollar tongues(1 — 5 = 1-they take coupons. 5-don’t wear pants that you can see your underwear and a collar shirt would be appropriate. Quality casual = jeans are appropriate as well as suits.

It’s hard to eat the steak at this restaurant if you have eaten at Peter Luger’s in New York. The beef has no flavor. It’s better to get a t-bone from Schnucks and cook it yourself. Honestly, that’s the truth.

Wow why’d it take so long to try this place??? There’s hope folks in the Ofallon /Belleville area! You can find a GREATSTEAK!!! Andrea’s does it all well — salads that are chilled and not wet, fantastic steaks, one of the best baked potatoes I’ve ever had, with good service from a prompt staff. My wife had a stroganoff kind’ve dish that rocked, and I did the small strip that was more than enough. No room for apps but next time for sure. IFYOUAREINTHEMOODFORSTEAKYOUNEEDTOTRYANDREA’S.

Great place, good service, menu is simple but the food is very good. Order the filet, cook perfectly to what I asked, bake potato, veggies, all very tasteful and cook perfect… Recommended to all to try it… more fancy, so prices are higher but nice for special dinner, celebration, or like me, you like good food and are ok that your bills will be more than 20 $… Haven’t try the dessert, I’m full, portion are big, salad can make entire meal…

Great service, excellent food and awesome wine list, very fairly priced wine and food as well. Would definitely return. Not the absolute best I’ve had, but I would certainly not hesitate to recommend it.

This place is a must for steak and seafood lovers in the Metro East. Set back on a beautiful tree lined lot off Old Collinsville road, this place is an old school steak house with a bit of Southern flair. We started with drinks and an appetizer. They have an extensive wine list, and make a mean dirty martini. The portobello mushroom appetizer is beyond delicious. Was slightly disappointed with a less than crisp caesar salad, but the main course more than made up for it. The sea bass was exceptionally good and the prime rib should be the reason you decide to go. So good, but order it the correct way: medium rare!(Comes with delicious horseradish sauce). Of course there was a standard baked potato along with it but the meat is what really stood out. Our server was outstanding and always made sure we were taken care of. We were never let wanting anything. Will definitely return!

Wow! I have never had Prime Rib this good anywhere! Seriously, no hyperbole here, this was the best ever! Perfection! Make sure to say yes to the option of Andria’s steak sauce searing when you order! Wife and I shared a 14 oz. and that was plenty for us. Small up charge for sharing, BUT, that includes an extra salad and side for the reasonable up charge. Besides the food, the warm atmosphere and 1st class service is also a part of the dining experience! All top of the line!

My colleagues and I ate here recently while at Scott AFB for business. The service was spectacular. The décor is a traditional upscale steakhouse and appears not to have been modernized any time recently(no complaints about that though). The price is a little steep, but again you are paying for quality of food and service(around $ 30/plate). The meal was served with bread and a salad. I ordered the filet mignon with a baked potato as did one of my colleagues. My other colleague ordered the sirloin with french fries. We also ordered the lobster pastries as an appetizer which comes with four small pastries. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium as requested. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. The wine list was varied with extremely reasonable prices for the cost of the rest of the meal. Overall, the meal was tasty and high quality. Nothing trendy or unique, but a very traditional steakhouse atmosphere. I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism of the service. The fact that the dining room was mostly full on a Wednesday night speaks volumes. Again, nothing«hipster» about this place, but a solid meal if you’re willing to splurge a bit for great service and quality.

My parents use to enjoy Andria’s when they first opened in the late 1970’s. I remember going to Andria’s was a dress up date night for my parents. Now, 40 years later, I’m going there for date nights. After all these years, it’s a business that has stuck around and I know why. The steaks are phenomenal, basted in their own Andria’s sauce.

I am so glad we rediscovered this jewel of a steak house in O’Fallon, IL. The service is friendly and on the ball. The steaks are char-grilled, generous in size and not over priced. Don’t get me wrong, this place in not inexpensive but I feel you get your money’s worth. The char-grilled shrimp in red pepper sauce is an excellent starter. If they had a more expansive wine list I would have rated it higher. The décor is old school but that just adds to the overall charm. Bottom line, if you want a top notch steak in a quaint, quiet, no frills setting with excellent service, you got to try Andrias.

Really nice place, but not my favorite with all the places in st Louis that are closer to home for us. The best part about this place was the people, the service by far was top notch. We came in for a late dinner at 9:00 pm, and were greeted by the friendly hostess. She seated us immediately, and they do have booths, which are perfect with our 2 year old. The atmosphere is kind of boring and old, but not that classy. Its a big open bright dining room, not very private for the kind of place it is. Our server was on top of it, even after a hard day she still gave us the full presentation, and told us about the specials. The food was brought out quick, and drinks were too. They don’t have a cocktail list for martinis, just a wine list which is not up to par with other restaurants of this price point. We had the salmon & shrimp appetizer, the shrimp was just OK, but the salmon was amazing. It was like the best crab cake but better. For dinner we had steaks of course, my wife had the prime rib, I had the filet. They were both cooked evenly and tasted great. We capped it off with their dessert, but it was nothing that memorable.

I just had an amazing dinner experience with my BFF at Andria’s! It was worth crossing the Mississippi River, most definitely! I love that the restaurant is close to the stores in O’Fallon /Fairview Heights, but that it’s set back off the interstate just a bit, hidden behind a veil of trees and greenery. It’s an oasis after the hustle and bustle of shopping at the mall. Upon arrival we were immediately seated by the hostess. Hot bread and butter appeared in the blink of an eye, along with ice water. At that point, we looked around and the ambiance is quiet, classy, a bit old fashioned, but nice inside the home turned restaurant. We asked the hostess if we could sit outside because the weather was simply superb today, and she said while they currently weren’t seating out there, she would check. Within a couple minutes, we were whisked outdoors to the patio to a cloth covered table set with china! It was amazing out there! If you can finagle it and the weather’s nice — go for it! There’s relaxing recorded music piped outside(acoustic guitar during our meal), and at our September visit the serenading music of cicadas. It was a perfect outdoor dining experience! Wait it gets better… The meal was awesome. The house salad was delicious — fresh greens, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, and their house balsamic. BFF and I both had the deliciously tender ribeyes with their house marinade. I had one of the best baked potatoes I’ve ever had — perfectly baked and oh so fluffy; and the bestie had the crispy and tasty fried zucchini. We split dessert — the lemon berry mascarpone cake, which was amzaeballs!!! It had real blueberries in the cake, and this light lemon flavor. The middle filling of mascarpone was just the right touch of decadence, along with the drizzle of red berry sauce. We were tempted to lick the plate, but some how we maintained our composure. While the Unilocal page says it’s a classy joint — and it is — attire is all over the place. Some people were dressy. We were in jeans, tennis shoes, and comfy casual. The servers and hostess made us feel completely welcome. Service was actually very, very excellent — especially considering the fact we were unexpectedly outside. It would have been easy to ignore or infrequently check on us. The servers were really perfectly attentive. This restaurant just became one of my favorite steak houses!!!

Ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was amazing! Like cutting through warm butter. Didn’t need anything to enhance. Ambiance is nice, relatively dressy(jeans ok). I wouldn’t go wearing work out clothes. Good service, very attentive, but not buzzing around every two minutes. Going again for sure!

I took my wife out for a steak dinner a few nights ago. We had two appetizers, a(cheaper) bottle of wine, two steak dinners, and a piece of cheesecake. Food Quality: B+ Food Quantity: B Cleanliness: B– Design & Décor: C Noise Level: C+ Staff Friendliness: A Server Food & Beverage Knowledge: B OVERALLGRADE: B(I wouldn’t eat here again but not because of the food or service) PROS: Very friendly waitress, server, and hostess; not crowded, seated us 30 mins early; Excellent outdoor nature scenery; excellent stuffed mushroom appetizer; got in and out very quickly CONS: Not the ambiance we were looking for. I know it is an «old school» steakhouse, but we were the youngest people there by 20 years — everyone else appeared retired. The steaks weren’t bad but they weren’t great; I’ve done better on my Big Green Egg. They charge St. Louis-style prices without the excitement and energy… environment was a big let down. We won’t be going here again, not because of poor service or substandard food, but because there are at least 5 steakhouses of superior quality in St. Louis, which is where we live anyway.

I had the pleasure of dining at Andria’s Steakhouse on Thursday, September 20th, 2012. The steak(strip sirloin) was excellent. From the moment we arrived and were seated we were received as family in this old country style home converted to a steakhouse. The only negative, my drink(Jack Daniels and water) was very weak — but the wait staff quickly corrected the problem. I would go back!

Good place, not great, not bad, just good. Service was excellent, and the drinks were good. Both ordered the small filet medium-rare, baked potato, and salads. I got the rocqufert dressing which was very good, she got the Caesar. Salads were huge! This was an entrée salad for sure, not a side salad! I’m kind of a steak purist, so the Andria’s sauce on top of the steak was a little much for me. Salt pepper and EVOO is preferred, but it wasn’t bad by any means. The cut was very good. The girl ate about half of her steak, before asking for a piece of mine. Being inquisitive since we got the same steak, I asked why while handing her a piece. She definitely liked mine better, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare, while hers was cooked more medium-well. Being the gentleman, I of course swapped with her. Would I go back? Sure, why not, it’s one of the few quiet adult places in the area, and a nice getaway from the kids every once in awhile.

I must say I was ready to be blown away by this place based on the reviews, but I wasn’t. The food was fine, but it was just a regular fillet, salad and veggies. I liked the old house. But we were treated by the hostess like we were second class citizens and we must have got lost on our way to the local burger joint. We probably wouldn’t go back.
