Really enjoyed getting our dresses here — the owner let you do your thing. Get a dress, try it on. Loved it. I didn’t go to other places because I didn’t want them to dress me. That’s what my girls were there for. We got super awesome deals on our dresses and just found out that they’re closed for good, their website doesn’t work. This is sad. Bigger businesses selling the same dresses — if not, worse quality for more money. That pushes the small business out. You don’t need anyone to dress you or cater to you. You’re an adult. Wish more places took on leadership like this store.

I wish they had a 0… What a horrible place with old mean workers! I went in to browse at bridesmaid dresses which the bride wanted us to do. No one was in the store and of course the style numbers are ‘Dora specific’, I asked for 5 favorites that I wanted to try based on the website and they would only give me ³⁄₅. So I tried on other styles while I was there and narrowed it down to like 5 or 6 styles and when I asked what the designer style number was instead of the ‘Dora specific number’ so I knew which looked good on me, both ladies looked at me and laughed and said they couldnt do that. WTF? Really? I walked out. Will never go back there.
I looked there for my wedding dress and they were rude then, but gave them a second chance for bridesmaid dresses years later and again were even more rude. I guess my first experience was right. What a horrible place. Catans is amazing and so is Davids Bridal which is where I went and were very nice and professional.

Loved everything about my experiences here. I bought my wedding dress here and all my bridesmaids’ dresses. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. Great prices and beautiful dresses. Never had one problem through all the dress-​choosing, fittings, etc.

If it will be a 0 than that is my point for them. Thy do not carry on the store size 2 or 4 are you serious??? At leas be nice and explain the do carry just size 10 and 14. This was the answer that she gave to me ate the phone. They don’t deserve to be a store for wedding dresses because the just make my day awful…:(

My wife ordered her wedding dress from this place and was so impressed at the service that she received that she requested i leave a review as well!
We were in a bad situation, the dress she wanted was not available to be received and altered at any other place in town by the time of our wedding day. Dora’s bridal took care of everything, which made my life less stressful which i am very thankful for.

I have been to Dora’s before and even purchased a Bridesmaid dress from there last year, no problems at all!
Now that I am the bride, I am beyond frustrated with the staff.
I had an APPOINTMENT in May 2013 to see dresses, when I arrived at the store I received little to no help. I picked out a few dresses to try on but was not impressed. When I walked out of the dressing room I noticed that their were a couple of girls trying on dresses that I liked and wanted to try on. I was told NOT TO TOUCH THE DRESSES. They were not in a fitting room or being used at the time, so I thought it was OK to at least look and borrow for the 10 minutes it would have taken me. I went to the front desk and the lady advised me that the girl trying on the dresses was a WALK-​IN and that I was not able to take the dresses to try on. I was told I needed to make another appointment to try on more dresses.
I sent an email via their website 2 weeks ago. I requested an appointment and I told them my situation with my last visit. The website said I would receive a call within 24 – 48 hours, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I think 2 weeks is enough time to get back to a bride that was willing to give their shop a SECOND CHANCE.
At this point, they have lost my business.

This store is really outdated. All the dresses appear to be plus-​sizes, and they don’t even offer you pins to see if it may fit you. This shop might be nice for a fuller figure or an older bride, but young brides may not be impressed with the selection. The dressing rooms were not very nice and the employees were very awkward and unfriendly. The place was also freezing (it was January, the heat must have been at 62– not okay when you’re taking your clothes off!) There are tons of bridal shops around, go ahead and skip this one!

Lady I’m getting married I’m not in the first grade.
My maid of honor and I had the opportunity to enter this establishment. We were going because they were the closest retailer of a designer who’s gowns I had seen online and wanted to try on for my upcoming nuptials. We walk in and I nearly want to walk right back out. All the consultants were dressed atrociously. They had a tiny collection of gowns. It was surprising how few there were.
A woman asks if we have an appointment, we don’t because the webpage said you did not need one. This is apparently the end of the world and a horrible oversight on my part as the bride. Anyways we look through the small collection of dresses which were not only disorganized but rather shabby and selected 7 gowns of all necklines and silhouettes. We get no help from this point on. I’m in and out of the 7 gowns in less than 30 minutes (thanks to Judy my MOH she rocks!). At this point we were not given the option to look further; we were expected to leave. After the consultant left the fitting room, Judy decided to try on one of the dresses I had looked at as it had totally not fit me in the chest. She is in and out in less than a minute. The consultant is in the hall saying ok girls and clapping her hands like we are in first grade and expected to line up at the door. She barges into the dressing room and says oh you’re trying on dresses now too? Judy responds no but we wanted to see what this dress looked like when it properly fits. This was apparently unheard of. I never expected as a bride to be to be treated so poorly by a vendor. There were other consultants who had no brides and were standing around doing absolutely nothing and we received no help. I will NEVER go back. I’d rather have to travel further to get a gown than give this establishment my business.
Overall just save yourself the trouble go to david’s bridal or catan’s. This place needs to close.
