I traveled the the mountaintop guru, seeking knowledge of the best ice cream. The guru referred me to Hilltop and the master ice cream maker there. I enjoy eating ice cream there while reading a book outside on the deck. Finestkind :)

This places rocks! Excellent homemade rich creamy ice cream in Fairview, NC
The variety of flavors and the quality of the ice cream had us coming back 3 times in the week we stayed. The hot fudge is to die for!
As an added bonus the owners are just the nicest people you would want to meet. Don’t miss this old fashioned homemade treat.
