I’ve shopped at Pirate’s Lair many times, and in my last transaction, I simply found that the prices were way out of line compared with others providing the same service. If there was a value add, I wouldn’t say this, but this was not the case. What I found most unprofessional however, was a regular newsletter about products, which I found useful, but to discuss politics and to trash one party over the other — disturbing for a business man. I just don’t know how you alienate your own customers. Simply unprofessional.
