Dunkin’ Donuts

Was convenient when I lived nearby but service, food and coffee are always hit or a big miss. Latest visit was very lackluster, coffee was burnt and not even hot. Luke warm at best and my breakfast sandwich looked like something had sat on it and destroyed it. I recommend going to Cumberland Farms for coffee. It’s only $ 1 for a large and it won’t be messed up because you make it yourself. Food isn’t bad either.

We went early in the morning to this location, so the food was all fresh and delicious. The hot chocolate was OK. We sat down to eat inside. The staff was eh, okay. There was a lot of yelling back and forth while we were sitting there. It was clean, though.

Its hit or miss with the staff here. Some love their job others are miserable… it reflects in how the coffee tastes for sure. School time can get congested… otherwise decent location. Mocha coconut iced is my favorite!

This Dunkin is the worst around. Customer service is the worst I’ve seen.
Everytime I ask for hazelnut I get blueberry.
And their coolattas are water consistency.
Terrible. If the location wasn’t excellent they wouldn’t have any business.

Let me just preface this by saying I have been coming here for years. Although the service is horrible, the location is convenient. Unless you are serviced from one of the rare competent employees this place is worth avoiding. I usually make sure my order is as simple as possible so they won’t screw up.
Protip: don’t go through the drive thru. go inside. You’ll get better service that way because they actually have to look at your face and deal with the fall out. Today I went through the drive-​thru as I got called in for work early. The caffeine fix and some sustenance was needed. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I waited in line for a total of ten minutes. When I finally pulled up, she tried giving me a completely wrong order and look confused when I asked where my sandwich and coffee was. Not only did she try to give me the wrong order, mine wasn’t even prepared yet. At that point I was just about late for work and told her to forget it. She did not apologize for the whole ordeal.
I will be avoiding this dunkin donuts in the future.

I recently discovered this location. With the school being right there I usually avoided that area as traffic can be a challenge. This Dunkins location was very detailed with my order. Asking me if wanted to try a special, repeating my order, and a rarity… The amount due. Much different than the usually «Can I help you? … Thank you». I would most likely come back after the school rush though.
