A hidden gem with a Portuguese flair. This family diner is a treat off the beaten path. Our local friends turned us on to it. Super friendly, great breakfast with a family feel. Skip the chain and check them out. Don’t expect a quick in and out but its worth the wait. One cook lovingly makes everything from scratch.

I’d give it zero stars if possible since we NEVER got our food. Sat down at table for over an hour. Had to beg 3 different times for a 2nd cup of coffee. Will. Never. Go. Back. ever. it’s breakfast. It’s simple. worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had… awful!

Best homefries and omlet in the city. The waitress Janice is the best waitress I seen in many years., The place has been renovated and is very nice inside.

Small little place menu isn’t huge and a bit more than Harry’s or Dunk N Munch. I had the stuffed French toast with strawberries, defrosted frozen and very wet. It was OK2 thick pieces of toast stuffed with cream cheese and pineapple with a side of sausage for $ 8. My sis got a ham broccoli and cheese omelette, decent, with almost dry toast(really almost no butter) and some really spicy home fries that just weren’t that great,$ 8. The waitress was very curt and not very attentive. Big issue is sound. Its really loud and they don’t say anything. I eat at Harry’s a lot and its super busy this was a table of 20 something’s playing YouTube videos, a lot with dirty language in a place with elderly diners and kids. The waitress just rolled her eyes. On the fence with this one. Might give it another try but think I’ll stick to Harry’s or Dunk n Munch

4 stars for super friendly waitresses and a local chill vibe. The place is Spartan and basic. The menu has a Portuguese twist with a plethora of tasty options. My boyfriend loved his Chourico hash. I had a nice cheese spinach omelette. There’s plenty of parking in front and on the side. Be prepared to wait for a table, it’s pretty popular with locals in the know.

I must say that this is a nice little hidden gem in Fall River :-) I’ve eaten breakfast here for the past few days and the breakfast is AWESOME and cooked to perfection, probably the best in the city! The only downside is because its so good that if you go when its busy parking can be a slight challenge… I guess thats a good trade off for a great breakfast! The waitresses have been very friendly each time I’ve eaten here. Place is always clean and well lit.

We had breakfast this morning(Sat) at Gina’s. I give it four stars because the food was great and the service was prompt and friendly. I had poached eggs on CB hash, wife had eggs over easy with ham. Everything was cooked perfectly, the home fries were very good. I suspect they were cooked in chorizo drippings. Full of flavor and spicy. Unfortunately the physical place leaves a lot to be desired. While clean, it os old, not well maintained. The bathrooms were very poorly kept. No hand towels in dispenser, an old weak air dryer. Bare build outside the restrooms. It seems like really nice people who can cook run this place. If they invested a little more in the physical plant, it would be perfect.

This place was recommended by a friend. I had driven by many times and never had the chance to try them. I sat at the bar. The service was very quick by some of the nicest ladies you will meet. They really make you feel at home here. The food was excellent. Some of the best Portuguese spiced hash browns. We will definitely be a repeat customer now!

HOTCOFFEE! Finally a breakfast place with hot coffee… mixed American/Portuguese breakfast; friendly, good food, good quantity and the price is right; only small negative; small eating area… will not complain, will be back!

Breakfast was wonderful, but way more than I could eat. When we travel we like to eat off the beaten path among the locals. This place didn’t disappoint. For 7.99 I got 2 eggs, 2 large pancakes, home fries(these have the perfect amount of spice) 3 links of sausage and Rye toast. The service was first rate and the restaurant is owned by 2 sisters from Azores.

the food was delicious, my husband had the portuguese steak that came with fries rice and an egg. I had the stuffed french toast. at the end, the plates were clean. Not too much going for the decoration inside or lack of it although the place is in the pleasant north end of fall river in a quiet neighborhood. My husband can’t wait to try the chorizo dish.

The food is 4 stars the place itself is 2. The good: The food is excellent. Probably the best breakfast ive had in the area. There is the standard stuff on the menu but also portuguese selections. My favorite is the chorizo hash and grilled sweetbread. The hash in particular was tremendous-very spicy! The potatoes had a ton of paprika also making them quite spicy but they too were very good. Everything seems homemade. The prices are just right. The service for us wasnt very good, we had to ask for several things more than once but they only had two waitresses and no empty tables. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and seemed to go about their work with lots of urgency and attention. The bad: The place was packed so i hope the owner makes lots of money quick so it can upgrade to a more proper location! From the outside it looks a bit like a double wide trailer. Inside its pretty small. Its about the size of a garage and feels like it inside. The vinyl floor, deteriorating plaster walls and fluorescent lights dont exactly make it an inviting space. There are no decorations, its a square thats been overfilled with about 15 mismatched chairs and tables. Its tough to move around in there. There is no separate waiting area so you are constantly in the way while waiting to be seated. Go there for the food. Its worth it. Just needs a bit of help.
