J R’s Superlube

I suppose I have had so many bad experiences getting my oil changed, that when I have a good one, it doesn’t take too much to impress me. Wrong oil plugs, bad customer service, too expensive, you name it. When I arrived at JR’s, I was confused as heck as the entrance (to pull your car up to) is in the back of the building nearest the Benny’s plaza. Waiting room is small, but there was a TV. Whenever I have gotten my oil changed, I hunker down and expect that I will be there for minimum a ½ hour of my time if not longer. Weirdly, with a full waiting room, I was there for no more than twenty minutes. I kid you not, twenty minutes at the MOST! Prices were a bit high, I had a $ 4 off coupon and it still came to $ 32, but for the speed and exceptional customer service, I am willing to pay that. JR’s has a new fan, but I am still waiting for the other shoe to drop!

I would not bother going here if I where you. First of all the next morning I noticed oil under my truck, they never even bothered to clean the oilpan offs .didn’t know if the truck was loosing oil. Cleaned it off, just old oil. Then I checked the oil, they overfilled it, 1 qt. too much. I was so mad, had to pay $ 45, then had to drain a qt. of oil out my truck, and clean underneath. This place is a bunch of hacks, do yourself a favor don’t go here, you’ll regret it
