Absolutely worst Walk-In clinic and Doctor. My own PCP(Dr. Kelly… will definitely be changing that) doesn’t care about anything except getting you in for another appointment. It doesn’t matter your situation or pain she just doesn’t care. Don’t ask for a school note, you won’t get it even with a pulled back and sciatica.

I have usually received great urgent care at this facility but on a Monday or Friday you will probably have to wait a while. There do seem to be several different doctor’s on staff so you shouldn’t plan to see the same one every time. I think their hours are 8 – 8 M-F and 8 – 3 Saturday which is real convenient for those of us that work 40 hours. I was able to even get a nebulizer treatment their which CVS walkin is unable to do and an ER couldn’t give me for 2.5 hrs with breathing difficulty. So for asthma or breathing difficulties I highly recommended much more urgent care then a Taunton hospital.

Horrible!!! I’m glad that some got the proper diagnosis during their visit but my husband would never get the proper treatments. Before we got married he was never told to get his own doctor or go for a physical. When we got married I’ve been trying to get him to go to a real doctor like an adult should but he keeps going to TruMed after being misdiagnosed every single time with outrageous things such as liver disease, chicken pox and cancer. Cancer? How do you diagnose cancer by looking at someone? Well I finally won the war and got him into a real doctor at primacare and he’s had bronchitis for a month and was told by TruMed it was a little cold. You’re better off seeing a pharmacist than going to TruMed for«medical advice».

Honestly I disagree with the majority of the previous posters. I love Trumed I have been a patient of this office for about a year when Dr. Russo was still there. I loved her she really took her time with each and every patient. I never felt rushed, she truly made you feel like she cared. She unfortunely no longer works there because she had another job opportunity closer to where she lived. However that does not change my opinion of Trumed. I love the nurses all the staff are very friendly, we are on a first name basis. This office is honestly the most accomadating as well, I can call anyday and come in any time. Not only do I love the walk– in services they provide I am very satisfied with them as my primary care. I give them a 5 star. I am just sad and surprised to read they have bad reviews. Everyone there is truly awesome! Especially Dan the PA I love him, he is someone that you can tell really enjoys what he does.

I am forced to go here out of necessity. I have state health care insurance, so I suppose I deserve what I pay for in terms of what is availiable to me, but I am seriously thinking about going out of my way to change my primary care provider, whom, by the way, I do not know. To begin with, every time I have to get my prescription refilled, which is about as addictive as aspirin, they will not approve it until I go in for a check up, and if I do NOT need a check up which I think is the other half of the time, they take two of three days to authorize the refill. THere was one time it took over a week. I feel like I am taking oxycontin the way they regulate it. I am not taking oxycontin by the way. THEN the last time I went in for stomach troubles, they told me that no doctor was availiable at the time I wanted to go in, but a nurse practitioner was availiable. I figured, what the heck? He must know something about something. So off I went. And then it all went to h@ll. He found out that I was a vegetarian, and told me that it was the most unhealthy thing I could do for my body. But WAIT, because he then asks me «how much fish do you eat?» I don’t eat fish I replied, ‘because I’m a vegetarian’. He then argued with me that vegetarians eat fish, and that all the vegetarians he had ever known had done so. I corrected him that that was a pescetarian. So then he took my blood. I swear it was to rub it in my face if my iron or something came back low, I swear it was. When it came back with perfect levels he didn’t seem to have much to say. I can honestly say I have no idea why I didn’t yell at him and walk out, other than it was fun making someone like that look stupid. There was one girl there, that was so super duper nice, even though her grandmother was very sick and the last place she wanted to be was there, I didn’t walk out of there angry as I normally would have.

I am sure people don’t commonly check Unilocal!for medical references but in the rare case that you do… TruMed, great walk in, awful primary. My last physical took two hours, most of which was just me waiting to be seen at various points in the process. My other gripe is I was actually talked in to making TruMed my primary doctor by one of it’s physicians, who then left the practice. Since then I’ve gone through three doctors in two years. I can only imagine the place is as thrilling to work for as it is to be a patient at. Twenty minutes ago my appointment ended, I am still waiting in the room for a prescription.
