Michelle and John Alonzo, with their daughter Kayla, are an absolutely amazing team at giving the highest possible level of service with flooring. But way beyond that, they were a major help in our entire remodel. They all, but especially Michelle, guided us through the process, making numerous house calls, tuned in to what we wanted, saved us boatloads of money, and went to bat for us when the inevitable problems arose.
In addition to providing flooring on the whole first level, they basically acted as general contractor on a full kitchen remodel, full painting, two bathroom remodels — tile, counters, everything. All three of them went way above and beyond the call of duty and the final product was nothing short of stunning!
