I have never been in such a rude place the baristas every time i go there are angry they always have a mean tone. For example i was ordering of the phone and they told me you can do this of line and its easier i explained why this wasnt working for me and when i went to pick up my drink the lady angrily said to me «WHYDONTYOUDOTHISOFFLINE?!» I felt very bad thinking i was giving these baristas a terrible tim

7 cars in front of me in the drive through on a Sunday The line went as you would expect it too. If you’re going to get into a line with lots of cars expect the wait. Anyone who is complaining is just desperately in need of their coffee. Very friendly staff excellent service no problems happy holidays

So thankful for a drive thru Starbucks in town! Lines may be long but it’s never a long wait!

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. I have been here a total of three times. Two out of the three they have messed up my order! Not only did I wait over 10 minutes each time in the drive thru; the people were rude on top of it! I will only return to get the refund I was promised after I called the store but never to get another drink. I’d rather walk into the Albertson’s Starbucks before I ever risk the gut ache from this rotten one again.

I stared my timer when I arrived. There were about 6 cars in front of me. They took 16:04 minutes to give me my drink. So long for 1 drink

Slowest Starbucks ever. Second time I’ve waited 15 minutes for a café mocha. Staff and service need some organization and training. Expect long lines both in the drive through and inside. Staff seems oblivious to the issue. Its nice to see the place is busy, the interior is roomy and products are well stocked. It is unfortunate to see lack of training and organization behind the counter. I am sure things will work themselves out, especially if a regional manager can step in for a while. My suggestion? Check back in a couple of months after the new kid on the block syndrome is gone.

Blah. I didn’t write a review the first two times they messed up my drink. Third times a charm. I’m not ordering anything crazy! I don’t need my coffee and a certain degree, I’m not getting 15 pumps of one thing, 3 of another. Just give me my soy latte with soy and not milk so I don’t die later on in the day, or shit my pants while in the drop off line at school, or vomit all over my steering wheel. When someone asks for soy you should assume it’s because they have an allergy, take the time and care to make what they have ordered! Either my coffee has milk in it, or it isn’t flavored, or somehow it tastes like water. How someone would make a quad shot taste like water is beyond me. I’ve been getting the same drink for 4 years and never had an issue with it until I moved here. This Starbucks opened a few months ago and I understand most of the staff is new, but that only gives you a pass for a few weeks at most. These people need to be trained. Stat! I’ll stick to the local coffee drive through on the other corner.

Standard Starbucks. Free fake smiles in lieu of offering kids sized cold drinks. Still available in hot though. So why not put a cold chocolate milk in a hot cup? There are PLENTY of other awesome coffee shops nearby. I’ll stick to them.

This is the address for the Starbucks on the corner where the Temecula Valley Bank used to be. The other is the in-Albertsons Starbucks. I’ve been here once, seemed legit. Had a few hipster baristas that looked like they knew their stuff and a few new baristas learning the trade. That said, this is a NEW location, so there’s going to be a few kinks. The only negative was my drink took a little long to be served, but that didn’t bother me. It tasted great! So best of luck to all the employees, I’m sure they’ll make this a go-to spot! It’s in a prime location, has easy parking and they’re open late(late by Fallbrook standards, that is).
