I stop at this place for breakfast every now and then. Im always happy to be here. Clean place, fast service. Today i had all that and more. Junior provided the best customer service ive had here so far. Very respectfull and profesional guy. Customer service to me means a lot.

Second review in 3 days for fast food bugger joint. Now, Carl’s Jr. Is what is and their burgers are pretty tasty. Every now and then you get a bun that can be less than desirable, or some limp frys. And nobody likes a limp fry. 10:00pm on a Monday night and I’m starving. Drove up to the menu machine and was greeted in a polite sort of way, nothing to over the top and fake, just a guy doing his job. I had a question about the six dollar burger and was wondering if I could get the sesame bun instead. Well I know about every bun available now. I said something about frys and he ran that down too. I said I was from corporate and this was a test. Laughing, I drove on up to get my food. Fernandez was at the window as a pulled up and asked where my suit and tie was. Any way we chat a bit as there was nobody behind me. He didn’t even get pissed at me for trying to give him exact change. Oh that’s right, I used my card. You can go to Mac Donalds if you want change rage. Anyway, Fernandez A.k.a. Junior, Jr, can carry an intelligent, insightful conversation and get your frys done extra crispy. No pun intended, straight up talking just about frys. Again no pun intended. Keep up the fight for social interaction with people you just met. It’s OK everybody stop hiding behind your mobile phone.

Just got my drive thru order and I got a 4 dollar meal deal. And a chicken sandwich. We’ll they didn’t put the chicken sandwich in. Still managed to charge me but no I didn’t receive when I had payed for. I then went back inside and they treated me like I hadn’t been there and the young Mexican guy who is the shift leader said he would look into it but then he just started helping other people. I didn’t want the rest of my food to get cold so I left after waiting for a few minutes. I think it’s just standard that if you work at carls jr you need to have a horrible attitude and no hospitality. I will never go here again… and I usually love carls but nope!

Went to Carl’s on 2÷1÷15 at about midnight and regretted it once I saw what was in my bag. I ordered a chicken burger and the lettuce was a disgusting yellow/brown color, the fries I ordered looked like it was the previous day’s leftovers. Will not be returning.

Literally stood at the counter while one of the workers counted her till… I understand when a person’s shift is over and they wanna get outta there(especially on a weekend), but she didn’t say A WORD to us. Not«one minute» or «I’ll get someone to help you» or anything. The food was fresh, though. The service was just terrible.

If it we possible to give a negative review, I would take away this star! This place is supposed to be 24 hour drive thru but this location sure as Hell isn’t. My friend and I drove thru the drive thru 3x, yelled thru the speaker box, knocked on the doors and windows but ever came!!! I’m calling to complain to corporate!!! Awful service. If employees can’t handle graveyard shift they shouldn’t be working the hours

(I’m the only person in drive thru and inside is closed) Went and ordered bacon ranch fries and a small root beer no ice, in the dive thru. Took forever to give me my fries(ok, fresh fries?) Not fresh. Cold and soggy. Sat and waited for my card to be given back to me. Walks away sat and waited for my drunk. Never came back. I left, went home to find the phone number. Called to let them know I did not want to be charged for the drink I never got, they told me I had to come back to get a refund. Drive all the way back and the manager was pissed cause I wanted my money back for something I never got. Finally got my money.

For a non junkfood junky, this establishment actually surprised me. I don’t eat fastfood, by any means, but I decided to break my healthy eating lifestyle to interrogate this local Carl’s Jr. establishment. Upon walking into here, I immediately noticed the attention that was placed on presentation and cleanliness. The place was spotless and I couldn’t find any trash anywhere. There was spacious dining and although there was only 2 groups dining-in, I could tell you could bring a big family here and still have great seating. The service was interesting. It was friendly and yet timid at the same time. That’s probably because I came in playing rap music on my iPhone and I did this intentionally to see how they would react to it. Not much to my surprise, the attendant was prompt and friendly and when I asked for his opinion on the menu, his superior promptly jumped-in and encouraged me with her ratings. It was great service and probably was a new hirey that I dealt with and all went well. Ordered over $ 25 worth of binge food and was on my way; but not before I interrogated the restrooms. They were clean and spotless, with the only flaw of not having a mirror. That’s okay, because for in this location I expected much worse. Didn’t disappoint!

I ordered fried chicken salad to go for my lunch. I thought the salad was good until I saw pink on a chicken piece I started to bite. I already had eaten a couple pieces, but insides of the all remaining chicken pieces were pink. After my work I took the salad back to the restaurant and showed it to a manager. She said«I am sorry» in a mono tone. Then, she asked if I want a refund or something. I took refund because I don’t know if I can trust their foods anymore. My daughters love their turkey burgers, but I am afraid to eat anything from the restaurant now. I feel that this restaurant can only exist because it is located in rural Fallbrook.

Wow! This place is filthy Dirty inside! Your shoes stick to the floors and behind the service counter we saw dirt and food with napkins laying on the ground right in sight of all the employees. The little gal behind the counter had her uniform all covered in food with stains and buttoned up crooked. We really wanted to walk out and leave. We ordered chicken strips only for the kids and left as quick as we could. We would not have done this but we felt they were deep fried so they would be one of the only safe items to eat. The owner of this place needs to be scolded by the franchise for allowing this place to be so unclean. Never again that is for sure!
